I have placed my order on 15 Oct and it's been 22 days and I don't know how many days will it take to get delivered. Apart from that it is showing a date as Jan 1 and don't understand what is the date about (if anyone knows what is the date about plz let me know). I have already paid for my order and that is concerning me more. I have purchased from there 2-3 times before but it has never happened. I also have contacted them but they are telling me to have patience.

While placing the order they will give you the estimated of your order, but I can clearly see that it's more than the given estimated dates and the product hasn't even started to process yet. I am very disappointed with them and this is mental harassment to any buyer who is placing the order online. They are scammers, please look into the matter and take strict actions against them. My order wasn't a small one I paid 6k to them, you can clearly see how much a customer has to suffer due to this company, my only mistake was I didnt come here and see the reviews of the company

Where are my items? And why hasn’t it been processed yet? What the ### is this a horrible CUSTOMER service and delivery despite the pretty claims? I demand my items to arrive as soon as possible because I ordered it on 29th October and today is 5th of November. It’s been too d*mn long and no processing/shipping has been done yet. Pathetic, won’t order from THIS WEBSITE ever again.

I was sent a completely different order or my orner number[protected] filed a return request. They had the audacity to reject it and claim they sent the right order despite me providing all the pictures needed. I wanted the right one delivered and even ordered it again. Alas the product was also not what I expected it to be. These frauds are not ready to pick up the returns which.

I ordered 3 items from urbanic on 18th of October and it's written their that it is expected to be delivered around 29th October to 1st November and I traced my parcel details the last update is at 28 of October that it is shipped in Delhi and now it's been 4 days I didn't got my parcel from Delhi

I have ordered a top from urbanic it says it will be shipped within 3 days but nothing has progressed. There’s also no cancellation option available. I’m really worried as it’s a prepaid order.

I really need my order i ordered it on 6-7 October and got expected delivery date on 15-18 oct but it is 29 today i haven't received it yet ...please do something major problem is my order was prepaid and still i haven't received it.. my family i highly concern for money ...kindly look into the matter please...or just tell when it will reach me please..

My order was not delivered and my urbanic status is showing as delivered i even paid the amount. I even contacted with urbanic support chat and they asking me to wait for sometime since two days. As i raised my issue 2days back they are still asking me to wait this is really horrible.
I also told them to cancel my order and refund my money but still they are asking me to wait.

I placed my order on the 12th of October it’s now the 27th of October still haven’t received it. Very disappointed.

My order has reached my city but it is not getting delivered.

I placed my order on 13th October abd yet I haven't received it! I need my product as soon as possible. This site has great collections, but many times I excluded this site to order a product just because of its delayed delivery. I can't tolerate these much of delay! And it's horrible.

I filed a return order. I got a call next day from delivery agent to cancel my return as he could not come to collect. I refused to cancel return as i wanted to return it. Now my return request is pending and no one has yet came to collect. I even messaged customer care on the app. But no reply. Poor aap I will not wait for them for so long

I ordered a 'Postioning printing Tank Vest' on 4 September 2021 which got delivered on 17 September. I submitted the application for return on 18 September and the product got successfully picked up 19 September. Now the Urbanic status shows: "Pickup is Successful" but still hasn't refunded the paid amount of Rs. 307 into my account.
I have already filed several complaints with the customer care services and live chat services. It's been a month of fruitless negotiations and there is still no progress on the issue. Please help me resolve it asap.

I ordered a dress from Urbanic on cod. The same dress was delivered twice on different days and payment taken. Instead of another dress that I had ordered after the first one the same dress was delivered twice. Number of emails with pictures were shared on support email but nothing. The return pickup person came once and fought with me. He said he would need both dresses back or I would need to keep both. I explained him that the first dress was delivered one week earlier and I have already used it. I don’t wish to return it. I only want to return the duplicate dress that Urbanic has sent by mistake. He refused to understand and said do what you want to do. With no customer care number given and no exchange policy available Im now stuck with 2 same dresses. The emails sent on support email have been of no use. Highly disappointed. This is scam website. No address of office. No phone number provided. No one replies to emails. Order at own risk.

I have ordered from Urbanic on 9 Oct. And as of today on 17th Oct, the order is still at processing stage. I need the order before 22 Oct and it shows the expected delivery before 21 Oct but I don't understand how it'll be possible when the order is still at the processing centre since 5 days. I have wrote to them 2 times but no satisfying response. Please help me deliver my order on time.
