I am writing a fresh complain against wrong items delivered to me and missing of what originally ordered by me.
Here is the series of events that happened .

1. I ordered 3 items on 29th sept 2021
2 .ordered got delivered to me on 14 oct 2021
3 i opend the parcel . It had 4 items ( when i ordered 3 )
4 . 2 items were as per order and other two were not ordered be me but delivered to me )
5. The third item ordered by me was missing inside the bag .
6. I write away connected to your customer support . And since then i hv been asked to wait for 24-48 hrs, then again 24-48 hrs .

I wud also like to specify that the parcel was without paper invoice inside . Also, there was no tag on one of the mistakenly sent itemand was delivered to me in urbanic bag having slip of barcode and colour brown size m when the top mistakenly sent was of size L amd colour white multicolour( other being with the tag).

It has been 3 days that i am coresponding on mails and txts with the customer supprt and i was assured speedy resolve of the matter but i am really sorry to say but you guys hv proved yourself terrible at it .

This is a fradulent site !!! They dont reslove the issue but send you mails specifying thatcomplaint has been closed !!

It was their mistake that i was not delivered my dress for which i had paid and they didnt refund the amount too .
I have ordered 29 item the order id is[protected] out of which 5 were missing also the product were delivered late 7 days and i also send the box package which was carefully slit open from bottom and glued it, but after following up for more than 1 moth they told it can not be refunded, this is a fraud, it is the seller responsibility to deliver all the product not the customer.

    I had ordered a necklace from urbanic two weeks back and I received it this week but it was broken. I sent a mail to the urbanic consumer service with the images of the bill, the broken product and all the packaging. They sent a mail saying that my issue has been resolved when they haven't done anything to resolve it. I want a replacement.

        Delivery has taken too long for order id #[protected]. The customer care chat just states the obvious of what is already displayed in the app. The order was placed on 3rd October, and it's still 'processing' (whatever that means).

        At the time of ordering, the app also displayed that the order would be delivered under 'Express delivery' which clearly hasn't been the case. How do I expect the order to be delivered in a day or two when it hasn't even shipped yet?

          I have ordered a dress and jewellery on 22nd September, 2021 from URBANIC. But I have not received my order till now, it's already too late. The estimated delivery date was 7th Oct, and today is 11th Oct. Everytime I mail them, they asked me to have some patience. This is so frustrating, I have order that dress to wear on a special occasion. Please send my dress it's a request to URBANIC, I have ordered that dress with my pocket money.

            [protected] is my order ID o[censored]rbanic. Out of the items delivered I had applied to return 5 of them .
            Out of the 5 only 1 has been refunded, the rest for they cancelled my refund without any reason after saying that they will solve the issue and asked to wait for 24 hours today I see the refund cancelled and I had to apply for the refund process of the items again. This has been going on for days with no solution

              I have ordered 3 items on 24th oct 2021 . It shows it would be deliviered within 3th oct - 7 th october but still it hasen"t arrived although it's already past the delivery date .

                I placedy order on urbanic on 26th september . It shows it would be delivered with 7th n 11th oct but still the product did not even arrive at the nearest hub . It is a pre paid order . Please kindly help in process my delivery asap. Order id is[protected].

                  I ordered 3 items on 20th September and it is prepaid. It's already past the delivery date and the items haven't been shipped yet.
                  I don't understand why it is taking soo long to even ship the order.
                  When I tried to contact customer support they'll say it is in processing stage please wait it will soon be shipped and I will receive text when it will be shipped which I already know. So basically their customer support is of no help.

                      I had ordered 3 parcels on 21st September and it's 4th October today, I haven't received a single delivery. Two of them haven't been shipped yet. I had an emergency before Durga puja but there're no updates on the app. Had I known about this issue earlier, I wouldn't have ordered anything from Urbanic. Now, I'm deeply disappointed.

                        I've placed order for 5 items on 1st of October. The expected delivery date is 14th - 18th of October. But, the order is just confirmed and not even shipped yet. From the last 3 days, it's showing that the order is under process! I request the team to kindly look into the matter and help me get the product on the expected delivery dates! As I ordered the products for an occasion and if I get the products on hand late than expected than it ruins the mood. Hope you understand.

                          I have placed the order way back and it is supposed to be deliver on 2-6th october and today is 3rd and till now it's not been Shipped and this is not the 1st time it is happening since I have started placing an order from urbanic, they gave me dome other order and the customer was trying to blame me instead. There is no proper customer service, they don't respect their customer.

                              I placed an order on 27th September showing that my product will be delivered within 3-4 business days. But the product is not even shipped. It's still showing it is in processing stage for 8 days. When I tried to contact the customer care they are saying the items are being shipped from different countries, after a minute they sent me text saying the order have been delayed due to recent strike in my region, which is not even true. They are giving stupid excuses when asked about the shipment. But they haven't even Shipped the items yet. And I need the products before 6th October. So much disappointed by urbanic's service. Please Help 😭😭😭

                                It has been 11 days since I ordered products from Urbanic.com. I have registered multiple complaints for the same but no heed. They are neither returning my money nor delivering products. What a fraud.

                                  Its been 9 days and my order is not shipped yet.its clearly been mentioned that shippment will be done in 3-5 days. If you confirm something then atleast stick to it, customer waiting for their order without being aware of its arrival date is the most frustrating thing during online shopping.I hope you keep this in mind and speed up my delivery

                                    I placed on the order on the 11th of Sep, thinking that it would definitely be delivered by the 10th of OCT as i am going for a vac.. however the order has not been shipped yet.. the status has not changed at all.. when asked to the cust service they give all these jazz saying my order is stuck with custom in Delhi. I know its not true..
                                    i need my stuffs

                                      Indeed..people from my city are receiving orders who has ordered after me...you guys are taking too long to even ship my order and I paid online too...I ordered a huge bundle and I kept on messaging in your app but it's in your delhi warehouse from last 1 month...I need my order by 4th of October2021.

                                        I had ordered on 16th September and when I ORDERED the app said it will be delivered within 27th September 2021 now it has been 3 days and they say that the products are not yet shipped. I am very dissatisfied and heartbroken since I wanted to gift those to someone.
