I purchased a Bosch Side by Side Refrigerators, with my Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit card EMI for 9 months Tenure, they said cashback offer is available for 4905/- it will be credited before 4 month emi starts.. but after 90 days also not Credited, they also not responding properly after the purchase, I tried to reach that representative also he also not responding. Please help...

I recently purchased a AC will total billing of 35, 000..manager in chennai Adyar branch assured that no extra amounts will be collected during delivery ...but the delivery mam who delivered demanded delivery amount...this s not the first time that's happening with your purchase..kindly look into it...Vasanth and co Adyar branch kindly take care...!...

This is very worst product...i bought a 43 inch Haier tv and LG fridge on[protected] then The Haier tv value was 32, 800. I bought a tv on due and last month April 2022 the dew was cleared .But this is not a quality product. Just now My tv display was damaged I'm really disappointed for this product. Just one year completed but my tv display was damaged . Very very disappointed for this product....

Hi, I bought a whirlpool refrigerator (double door) from vasanth and co, Attur branch in Salem. After that, the technician came and examined the refrigerator and says that in the top door gasket was not properly sticked to the door and because of that hot air from outside is passing through the fridge and the fridge is sweating ( water drops inside the fridge). They used a hot glue to stick that and told us not to open the fridge for 2 days....

We have purchased LG washing machine on 21.04.2022 Bill No: [protected] from vasanth & co located in T.nagar stating delivery within 2 days... its 6 days today we didn't get the delivery ... when we call no numbers are working nor they pick landline.. and they have allotted job to local people who doesn't know to talk nor responsible for their job .. vasanth & co doesn't deliver home products they harass customers.. my contact No: [protected]...

Hi sir/madam, i have purchased LG (2ton's) AC 2 no's on 11/04/2022 from vasanth&co (purasaiwakam) which costs 51, 000 each while purchasing itself the person (Gowtham mani) who is handling AC sales section said it takes exact one week to deliver that time i accept it but i got the delivery on 19/04/2022 which is two day's excess they took for that they didn't inform me when i called also there is no response and after that the installation...

Bought the time the showroom promoters promote the Samsung TV .
Yesterday your service person came to house and told that the T.V. screen spoil and the speaker also is not working .
I don't want service to replace screen and speaker .
We spent Rupees:53200 bought New TV
Within one year + spoil
I suspect the Samsung...

We purchased one bosch fridge at avadi branch. While delivery there was dent on the door and damages. It was nearly three weeks but there is know response from your side. Iam very much disturbed repeatedly asking for exchange of fridge....

It's been 5 days we are still waiting for o'genral window AC installation and no proper response from the customer service agent. Also they are ready to remove old ac without installing new one.. should my windows be open till new ac gets installed.....

If you cannot deliver on time and stand on your words please don't take orders and give words to us that it will be delivered on next day itself. This is not the 1st time but your logistic delivery and service are damn poor....

However, there was no signs of product delivery and we had personally be at the store to enquire and understand the situation. The promises are only to have the product billed and then the customer is their puppet....

I have purchased Preethi Grinder Lavender (Model[protected] Bill no:[protected].Customer name:Kanimozhi.

It's getting overheated & sounds so bad.Batter also smelling badly.when we contact the respective branch they arranged for service at home.But when we have an issue in product within 4 days then they should replace without any delay.

This is happening to me second time, previously with Panasonic split AC...

I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother (age 75) who recently bought 1 ton Hitachi inverter AC from Vasanth & Co West Tambaram branch-2. The product didn't work post installation due to malfunction. She raised a complaint but after a much struggle and physical visit they replaced the product with new one (same make and model). The 2nd one also went faulty within a hour of installation.
