I have purchased a haier semi automatic washing machine at kallakurichi vasanth and co but after 2years the machine started making troubles I contacted haier customer service they said that free repair was only done by within 2 years I had lost my bill for it I kindly request you to sent a duplicate bill for my semi automatic washing machine (haier HTW80-1159) I DIDN'T REMEMBER THE PURCHASE DATE TOO ... I think it may be on December 2019 or January 2020

I have purchased a Videocon DDB 50" TV at Home expo held in October 2016 (Porur branch sales team) at Chennai trade centre & got delivery at Theni on Nov 2016.
Have missed bill original copy, and approached your Theni branch and gave request letter on 31st March 2018 & so far no reply from them.
Am keep on following them on same.
Please arrange to provide duplicate bill copy.
