This is not a complaint it's my request from my side.Marmadaesam was telecasted in vasanth TV. I am requesting to retelecast that series again as it is a milestone of series and moreover those type of serials are not coming nowadays so i can surely say that it will raise your TRP rating please retelecast it again.I want to see the powerful and dynamic acting of Chethan (Rajendhran) and tear generating acting of Lokesh Rajendran(Chinna raasu)...

I purchase fridge, grinder, and washing machine. The delivery of item was too late and there is change of colour of my fridge stand. Then, my fridge covering box fully wetduring delivery..in case problem arises due to this wet box. Wat will you do. My number -[protected]... Finally i did not get the fridge stand till now.. This is a service u r giving to us. Till now... No executive from that showroom contact me till now.. I paid money......

I bought a tatasky dth from vasanth and co sivakasi branch on 21/03/2018. My dish stopped working from 09/05/2018. I registered a complaint with the branch i bought the product from as well as i filed a service complaint with tatasky customer care also. There is no response from both. I enquired vasanth and co sivakasi branch about the complaint i registered with. They said that it is not our responsibility or concern, we cannot do anything...

I have purchased a onida led 43FB1 tv on 04.06.2018 at vasanth & co sathyamangalam they said that the service engineer arrange to install within 36 hrs. Since yesterday i was contacting the vasanth & co manager and i am not getting any proper response from him about installing and mounting the TV. He keep on repeating the that the service engineer will contact you either today evening or tomorrow morning..And this is 2nd day he is informing...

Philips led model no. 32pfl3738, sl. No.11031553 from vasanth&co, trichy on 14.04.2015 was not functioning properly for the past 3 weeks. We have intimated to bajaj finserv. Representatives at vasanth & co, trichy and send mail to bajaj finserv., bajajj allianz. No response.

Manufacturer's warranty 3 years & bajaj allianz extended warranty 2 years.

Please guide us.

One of the worst customer oriented services. Purchased a lg fridge which hasn’t delivered in time and the product delivered has malfunctioning. Called number of times to convey the problem no proper response. And few guys weren’t fit for the role of handling customers. Spoke bad on my mom and to me. Worst worst worst enterprising units. Request people nit to purchase goods as it is not satisfying the needs of the customer...

Recently bought a voltas a/c from vasanth and co, they cheated in the name of offer (Tower fan) and they finalised the rate 32000 and not mentioned tower fan in bill and we also not noticed. They delivered only ac and i personally visited vasanth and co (Ullagaram) and they replied rudely that they billed without tower fan and its not possible to give gift because it's not mentioned by staff during billing.

Hello sir we bought a refridgerator whirlpool and water purifier yesterday 9/5/2018. While booking we asked them we want only the new piece they even assured us that only new piece will be delivered but
They delivered the old peice which was kept for viewing... Product is not looking good like the new one and its dirty.
Just we opened the package and we can identify it clearly.

We need replacement!!!...

Here i purchase lg double door fridge on 7th may but today I0th may still now not receiving, so many times i called they giving wrong commitments and some people not responding. You r concentrating about sales only and not others . And now they expecting me to charge more amount to deliver than you billed delivery charge. Its not fair I'll not recommended any one . These stupid happen in your porur branch....

I have purchased one 32" haier led tv on 25.04.2018 at 100 feet road gandhipuram, coimbatore towards bill no.[protected] and also purchased airtel dth bill no.0998738 for rs.2500/- actually i planned two led tv but your show room staff mr. Sathish is talking not fair. So i have only one tv purchased. What is the natural position is know for your sales person mr. Raghavan.

Sir/madam, we purchased a premier mixie on 09/10/2017 for rs. 3200/- with one year warranty. At the time of purchase, we wished to buy preethi but marketting peoples in the shop canvassed to buy premier. Within 2 months bottom bush of small jar broken and not working. If air conditioner is bought the stands are to be given by the store only why does you charge additionaly... It should be intimidated wen they...

I bought samsung washing machine in vasanth & co ullagaram in chennai. They offered me washing machine stand and cover when delivered washing machine cover was missing...in the receipt they mentioned only stand (Which i didn't notice)... When i asked the branch sales person they informed that no cover because receipt says no cover... Before purchasing they told me that with washing machine you will get stand, cover, free delivery.. But frustrated...
