samsung 65 inch tv not delivered even 30 days over

very very poor machine delivery plan

We purchased washing machine on 28th jan 2018 from vasanth and co velacherry branch, delivery made by yesterday. It was very very poor. Below are the issues that we faced.
1. Machine got delivered by 10.30 pm
2. Attitude of the delivery person

vu led tv desktop part missing/ not fitting

delay in delivery and poor customer service

I purchased 1 ac and w/m from vasanthan co porur on 13th jan 2018. They had confirmed me the delivery on sunday for washing machine, but till today morning i didnt get any info for delivery.
Today morning around 10.45 am they called me and requested to extend the delivery of ac to friday.

purchase of front loading washing machine
