I am registered under dnd. But I still get 4-5 calls for telemarketing services.I registered a complaint with vodafone customer care regarding the same, but no action has been taken and no one has called me to say what happened to my complaint.
Every time I register a complaint the Executive assures that i would recieve a call back from their end for the same and that this would stop ,but NOTHING HAPPENS!!! vodafone has shared my number with telemarketers.!!!!!
I have direct proof,thats the reason why vodafone is not ready to take any action against them.
Why vodafone has not stopped telemarketers from sending bulk sms??? I get sms's from all sort of companies....Bet it real estate,or some solution provider's. I am sharing the telemarketing nos....please initiate action against srvice provider and telemarketers
1.Standard chartered-26th june'12 -No.-[protected],Complaint no given by vodafone [protected],CALLER ABUSED ME AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL WHEN I TOLD THAT I AM A DND CUSTOMER
2.Idea postpaid- 27th june'12-No. [protected],Complaint no given by vodafone [protected],caller said SHUT UP TO ME WHEN I TOLD THAT I AM A DND CUSTOMER
3.hdfc Loan Dept- 27th june'12-NO.[protected],Complaint no given by vodafone [protected],caller was very rude WHEN I TOLD THAT I AM A DND CUSTOMER
4.HDFC Personal Loan-30th june'12-No.[protected],Complaint no given by vodafone [protected],call disconnected WHEN I TOLD THAT I AM A DND CUSTOMER
5.HDFC Credit Card-4th July'12-No.[protected]
these are just a few I have a list along with Numerous SMS!!!!!!
even after repeated requests vodafone has failed to take action and I continue recieving calls.
As a result of these stupid telemarketing calls I GET disturbed during my office hrs,when I AM AT THE DOCTOR ETC.!! I have to pick calls during meetings thinking that its a imp call!!! vodafone is directly responsible for this mess!! without my consent vodafone has shared the no and failed to maintain my privacy !!!
this is a breach of my privacy !!
vodafone AND THESE TELEMARKETERS should pay fine/Compensation to me as it has not taken any steps to stop telemarketing calls!! vodafone is getting money by sharing nos to telemarketers and letting them use the service to send bulk sms....
vodafone is selling personal info of its customers with telemarketers and third party agents!!! vodafone claims that they cant do anything but how info leaks out of their database!!!
On top of all this the customer care executives sitting at 1909,are of ZERO help,they misbehave with u,do not take complaints properly,put u on hold un-necessarily and are very ill-trained,on how to handle customers.
I want a compensation for this mental AGony and ill treatment from the Telemarketer's and Vodafone,otherwise i wold be bound to take legal action against all involved....At your own cost and Consequence.

It doesn't seems 48 hrs is too long. If at all you received a complaint. The same should be revert back through call. So that Customer could get any infos during his complaints.
