High Charges of Vodafone Internet (Eventhough 2G Plan was active )

False downloads shown in postpaid bill

Its been a while I have not seen my vodafone bill but it usually come higher then I use. I have a 375 plan CUG sim. This month I saw the bill which shows some shotformat_dwnlo_9 (Rs 99/-) download. I haven't downloaded any such service. Have also seen many complaints against the same. Why are you not taking any actions. If you wanna increase the Plan rate increase it by telling upfront don't hide and do corruptions. Please let me know...

Poor Customer Service & Unfairly Charged Bill AMount

refusing to disconnect number

Pathetic customer service by Vodafone

Today I have tried calling customer service for more than 5 times as my 3G internet services not workin properly.
