The person from VRL logistics - Mr Kailash Sharma first agreed on moving the boxes and stuff from Pune to Vadodra at 5000 rs and then he took advance of 1000rs and vanished for two days didn't answer the call . The date to move was 20th He answered calls on 21st and then he boarded the boxes and once they had reached the garage . He called and harassed my father saying he will need 140000 and the boxes had increased . He refused to answer...

He first agreed on moving the boxes from Pune to Vadodra at 21st . He then very unprofessionally took the advance of Gpay -1000 rs then switched off his phone. After a day or two called back was ready to tke the Packages . Loaded it in his truck and once it reached his godowns he said the boxes have increased and from the amount that was first decided -5000rs he came to 14000 . We called the vrl autonagar branch regarding for our courier even though it reached guntur on Saturday they dint deliver it to us yet and managed to write the reason of late delivery as part requested . We wanted the package to be delivered n kept calling them n none of them recieved properly. The staff is very rude with their attitude no information on y they have to deliver it late n they dnt attend phone calls no matter how many times...

Hi we had booked a parcel service from Hubli to Kumta on the 13th and it's not yet delivered yet, we have done multiple visits to Hubli and Kumta offices but no status updates. Devendra from Hubli office tells us that it's sent today go and check but when we go to Kumta offices they update us that it is not delivered yet. Please check on this and help us at the earliest...

I did a courier on June 17th morning from Bangalore. I was expecting it to ship from Bangalore on 17th night itself but that didn't happened.

We have booked material from Jaipur to dhalavaipuram. Material has arrived at banglore tpt atb15.06.2021. Still now it's not moved from banglore tpt. It's short expired food item. Please dispatch as soon as possible....

Docket no [protected] of Belgaum reached at Belgaum this consignment is priority door delivery material and food material and essential goods, I talk many time to your Belgaum delivery office but no any solution, consignment lying at Belgaum since 11/06/21 .

Dear Sir,
Today my material arrived from Hubli to shahpur Pin No 585223 and the invoiced amount was 1580.00 Rs what they have billed in Hubli.
When material arrived here they charges me 1800.00 Rs by saying additional charges for material handling and gave me one simple computer print.
When I asked why this amount they shouted on me and my brother instead they should clarify.

I need help to get my things to my home town Kerala, Kasaragod.
For me VRL packers packed Items in May 8, 2021 but still no update regarding delivery. I have called n number of time VRL coordinator Named Subhas from Hyderabad location. Things need to be Delivery from Hyderabad to Kerala, Kasaragod.
