Parcel not yet delivered

Regarding tracking

Address: Rajamahendravaram

On 3rd July, it was shown that consignment was loaded on 2nd July 11 pm and some odd hours. But again on 4th July it was shown that consignment was loaded today 6 am and odd hors. How it is possible.
What exact position of my consignment number [protected] to rajamahendravaram from Bangalore....

Poor Service & also No tracking Details

This is worst service i ever found, You will take nearly 5 days to deliver the item with in Karnataka, Nobody will ready to answer customers call. Very Poor service. Hopeless delivery. Useless tracking websites, Irresponsible Staffs....

Delay in item delivery

Address: NH 17, Bangra, Kulur, Mangalore - 575013 (Near Arvind Motors)

Item delayed about 3 days.Even after reaching the Godown there taking almost 2 days to unload the item.
Its already .

Taking too much time for giving silly reasons.

Item got dispatched on 26/06/2021 from vapi to Mangalore

My consignment booked from Meerut to Udaipur has not been delivered yet, its still in Delhi.

VRL personnel not delivering the consignment outside the godown

Dear sir/mam,

I am from Udaipur, RAJASTHAN. My parcel is regularly coming from Bengaluru to Udaipur. But your personnel of sukher branch not even delivering the goods outside the godown. The says that it will charge extra amount if they will release the goods outside godown. So i have to go inside your godown and load the consignment by myself...

Issue with parcel delivery

Address: B 62 LAKSHAYDWEEP TOWER NARAYAN VIHAR JAIPUR

My party has book one consignment through vrl logistic same is not headed over to me due to non availability of for stamp.
I personally visited I have shown the message received in my registered mobile.
You should change the policy you need to confirm whether the person coming to receive goods is genuine or not.
You can call and co firm like most of the service provider do

Not responding to calls

Hi
We r ahmc trading .. we do regular shipping from Surat to Kerala by VRL

Last week we did VRL parcel from Surat to kochi with logistics NO :[protected]

As per the tracking system and gps of the vehicle Itz already arrived at kochi
But the staff at VRL office in kochi saying Itz not yet arrived will be arriving only next week they saying which is absolutely baseless

Misbehavior in release of goods even after payments in tracking no. 1052388177 and complaint against bribery

In this context, it is to submit that my goods was booked from jaipur vide above said tracking no. The delivery person sitting in VRL Group was continuously asking for bribe in release of goods. Hence, he didn't release the goods for 4 days. After a big dispute, he released the goods but still asking for money. The said goods was lying at the premises of 133/234, near kanpur agra transport, transport nagar, kanpur....

Not delivered or staffs are neglecting to searching in go down.

We have sent one box on[protected].
Till date we didn't get parcel. We have visited to vrl go down hosapete(vijayanagara).
They informed parcel received on[protected] at gangavathi. Only for travelling 30 km it takes 4 days even though not received parcel.
It is department equipment.
So I am not going to take any further action if it is received within a day.
Or else it may gets FIR in police station....
