Dear team,
I have purchased your washing machine on november 2014 from lulu hypermarket, ernakulam, from a week of purchasing the product i have faced problem regarding drum of the washing machine is hitting the wall and moving, several times people from north paravur service centre visited my home and changing spring of the machine and also i have taken the machine to their service centre after a week still the issue starts. So my question is is this a fully automatic machine i don't see such facility in this because when i start the machine i cannot go for outing because when i come back machine will be in some other place., i have been using lg fully automatic machine for 10 years i haven't faced any such issues. This washing machine is a useless one because when we power on the same we need to adjust the cloth periodically. So i suggest don't buy this product. I[censored] cannot solve my issue i will go legally towards company

    We purchased whirlpool - white magic (6.5 kg) washing machine on jan 2016 - model number - 31092. Its not even 2 years and we are still under warranty and we have been calling customer care almost every 2 months.
    Every time the technician gives different reason and till now the issues are still pending.
    Issue 1 : red light on and washing stops halfway.
    Solution :

    Call 1 - technician cameover and told us to put clothes one by one, instead of dumping all. Issue not resolved

    Call 2 - technician cameover and told us to check power supply, water supply. Issue not resolved

    Call 3 - technician cameover told us he has done some reset in the machine and it should work. But the problem remained same. Issue not resolved

    Call 4 - technician cameover and told us its sensor board issue and fixed it

    Issue 2 - water leakage from machine

    Call 5 - technician and did some reset and fixed it

    Issue 3 - heavy vibration with noise and washing machine keeps moving

    Call 6 - technician told us to remove the washing machine stand. Issue not resolved

    Call 7 - technician told us to split clothes and use. For a family of 2 members, washing machine should simplify work, instead it has become nightmare to us.

    Problem still exists, unresolved.

    Issue 4 - water flow in the tub non stop, even after washing is done

    Call 8 - filter issue and its been replaced

    Whirlpool technician everytime come over and give us some solution on trial and error basis. Worst part is inspite of all these trial and error basis, problem is never resolved
    Whirlpool has provided us the defective piece and i would request whirlpool to seriously look into this product

    Seriously no clue on how a product can have so many defects. Luckily we are still under warranty, but if we discover different problems once in every two months, should we really use the wahsing machine.
    We completely lost hope in whirlpool products/.

    Now daily we sit near to washing machine till the washing completes. We do know what new issue would come everyday

    Also the heavy vibration, noise and the machine moving remain unresolved.

    Request whirlpool to look at the listed issues and provide us replacement as i am sure that we will encounter many more issues with this defective product.

    Thanks. There is some delay in getting this issue resolved. We had given the DD(Demand Draft) for the exchange of washing machine on 4th October and there seems to be unpredictable delay in delivering of the alternate machine which we had requested. Please expedite it so that we can resolve this.

      Our whirlpool fridge/freezer (Double door upright) stopped functioning correctly due to faulty control board.

      The appliance is advertised and sold as "stabilizer free" - no stabilizer required.

      Their service engineer replaced the board and advised us that we would have to bear the cost as "we were not using a voltage stabilizer'.

      We pointed to the bright shiny and as new stickers blazoned across the appliance proclaiming"it's only for the compressor"... He saw nothing wrong with that making statement.

      In whirlpool's world advertising their products as"stabilizer free" means you really need a stabilizer and you should be aware...

      What planet do these people live on?

      The product failed slightly over one year, with a ten year warranty i ecrtainly would advise consumers to look to a more reliable brand who value long term customer association.

      I certainly would not recommend this firm to anyone. Their terms and conditions are something they hide behind rather than take responsibility for false advertising and misleading the public.

        In spite of repeated calls and numerous assurances from Customer Care, I had logged a call for AMC extension no responses from any body from the company had botthered to reply. The number provided by Shadab of customer care of Ms Reshma More is also wrong as no body cares to pickup the line.
        Even no senior executive does revert back.

          Dear sir,
          Under the strict instructions from my client i hereby serve you the notice as under
          1) my client as mentioned above under purchased the refrigerator as mentioned above at vijay sales sion branch on the abovementioned date.
          2) my client after few days lodged the complaint that after defrosting after 3 days the water accumalated in the back tub/tray is overflowing. The technician came and changed the temperature of the fridge and made a statement that due to the temperature the water is not evaporating but overflowing
          3) then after few days the water started to flow from the front door, again my client lodged the complaint and the technician didnot do anything instead told that whirl pool fridge operate in such way only
          4) again my client lodged the complaint then the technician came and told that the when the water in the tub is accumulated it has to be removed manually after every 3 days and the water has to be thrown.
          5) i hereby bring to your notice when my client's neighbour also has the same fridge but the water evaporates automatically, then why only my client has to do it manually. Secondly even in the instructions book it is not mentioned that the water has to be thrown manually not the sales executive during the purchase made such statements
          6) now after repeated complaint no technicians nor any engineer visited my client nor attended my client complaint even when it is under warranty period
          7) hence under the instruction of my client, i hereby serve you that within 15 days of this notice if there is no action taken from your end, you are liable to be prosecuted under consumer protection act for which legal consequence alone you are held to be responsible

            I'm from trivandrum, kerala.in the previous week, we have purchased the whirlpool 360° bloom wash ultra and whirlpool neo fresh.. And we have registered for free installation and demo wide customer registetation id co[protected] dated 3/9/17. We even called them several times but they only said that they'll reach within 24 hrs but they've not reached yet. And this is very disappointing to find that the customer care services are too irresponsible. Kindly go through the matter very seriously. After all it affects the goodwill of such an amazing company.

                I am seetharamaiah suram, using whirl pool double door fridge since 2007. Two months back we put a complaint on light freezing. A technician come and took my fridge in to his survice center, and handed over after 2 days. After a week days my fridge started dropping water drops in side, total food meterial was damaged. Then i told to same person. He come and gone. Now my fridge totally stopped working.

                  I lodged a complaint on 24.8.17 for huge sound of compressor. Technician visited and advised to check the fridge on service center. Mr. Gautam kamila (M/no. [protected]), service center propiter has also advised the same after listening the recording sound of compressor and assured that to pick up the fridge on 28.8.17. But till date he has not picked up the fridge for check up after several conversation over phone. My fridge is under warranty upto 24.09.17..in the mean time, customer care of faridabad has enquired several times about the technician report not the customers satisfaction. It is also mentioned that service center of bhubaneswar has pressurized me to contact the additional amc.

                  Necessary replacement of compressor with new one may be done within my stipulated warranty period i. E. 24.09.17.

                    Micro wave oven model convection 22c damaged by service centre, whirlpool arrah, bihar.
                    Respected sirs

                    After great disappointment and frustrations i am trying to bring to notice, the bad practice going on at arrah, bihar whirlpool service centre.

                    We purchased a m/w oven 22c, 7 years ago which is out of warrantee. My oven was running ok heating was only intermittent, sometimes not heating, other wise all function was ok. Thinking that this problem should be sorted out by whilpool. We launched a complain to whirlpool. Mechanic mr. Shivam came and checked the oven at my home it was heating the water satisfactorily. He told me that your oven is ok. When i told him that only sometime it does not heat. Then he suggested me to bring the oven to workshop at service centre arrah, bihar for check up. I handed over the oven to service centre after paying rs 350/. But when checked up the status one week later, they told me that your oven is not getting on. I too personally checked up found oven is dead, its control pcb was damaged by service centre staff.
                    They told me that control pcb is u/s that has to be changed and u have pay rs 6000/. Pcb was ok at my home and it is damaged at service centre for that i hv to pay. This is absolutely cheating of customers by whirlpool.

                    Then i contacted the customer service number[protected] and registered a complaint and sent a mail to help desk whirlpool. Madam sangeeta came and on line and she told me that service centre is telling that your oven pcb is faulty and it has to be changed and u hv to bear the charges. Service agent mr abhisek is not taking responsibility that control pcb is damaged by them. It cheating and making fool whirlpool. Very bad company support.

                    A) i requested them either they should restore my oven in same condition as it was.
                    B) or they should replace my oven.

                    C) it is more than a two weeks passed now and customer service team is avoiding my request to help. My oven is laying dead at service center arrah, bihar.
                    I need my oven facing problem without oven for last one months. They should repair the my machine as it was in running condition. Or should be replaced.

                    D) very poor response from whirlpool, one should avoid fresh purchase of whirlpool appliance with poor service support.

                    E) if this is a situation i am sure there are so many such un-constitutional practices across india by whirlpool.
                    I am definitely taking this seriously and will knock every door possible on earth to get justice.
                    Hope the management team can do something and save me from this mental harassment.

                      After that complaint mr. farhan form the company made a call to me and e mail to me to send the video of problem of product, the next day I send the video to the said no. he don’t see the video till date and he is not taking my phone from last ten days, yesterday he call me after my call to the company service center, he said that the product will have to send at service center of company, where as the local service center man saying that the part is not available with company, so that when the part will come then only I will be able to solve the problem, I am suffering the same problem from same product of company which they replaced to me once after charging rs. 4000/- in the m/o march 2017.
                      I am very much harsher by the company. The attitude of mr. farhan is not good to talk with the consumer. I personally complaint against the mr. farhan the the customer care no. when ever I make a call to the service center they only say we will arrange the call to u to solve your problem. But the call of company person not came.
                      Now I don’t want to get resolve problem, now I want my all money paid t company back, and I personally suggested the all person to not to buy any product of whirlpool INDIA.
                      Very bad service
                      Very bad behavior of customer care
                      No response form company
                      Bad products.
                      Bad service center all around.

                        We had purchased washing machine on this month from chennai

                        So authorized team came for demo and forced us to pay 5500 for other extra product like stand etc

                        We had given the cheque on date 1st september next day stand got broken and approached that team to replace still now they not done.

                        Then i wantedly called them and i said i will stop the cheque. Now they rude and saying they will go for legal. This type of bad service you people's were giving. Let it be myself will escalate this case to consumer complaint

                        How dare you people's can threnating us. Bill attached foe references

                        I don't want any resolution.

                          Hi,
                          My father, purchased above mentioned Whirlpool Refrigerator on 17 Jun from retail name Sham Lal Krishan Lal-Delhi Cantt (Invoice attached).
                          Fridge got delivered at my residence, when you engineer came for installation he informed us that its a display piece and also its one leg is broken. He promised to deliver new fridge in next 3-4 days but till now new fridge is not delivered,
                          We are a sumsung user, this is the first time we planned for whrilpool and the result is infront o[censored]s.

                          We requested for refund. Its more than 2 months now. Your customer service team is not handing over the cheque as they want to pick up the fridge first. We want to return the same after chq. clearance.

                          Is our demand is wrong?
                          Please help us.

                            My compliant was lodged for the internal leaking of the ac unit for which the number is mb[protected]. Whirlpool has sent this compalint to one of its agency called cool care service in marol andheri whereas the unit to be repaired is in kandivali west. Upon calling me the owner of the agency mr aslam has refused to follow the complain citing timing issues and rains and upon me questioning him he started to shout at me and hurl abusive and expletive language. I have complained about the same to whirlpool and their branch head ms reshma more is going to look into the matter. Why should customers bear the attitude of an unruly service provider

                              Hi,

                              We have whirlpool 1.5t magic cool ac which we got an year back. Just a month before the warranty got expired the ac display stopped working. Now we called the customer care and got it replaced for which we were charged 450rs service charge.

                              Now one month later of replacing the display it got spoilt again. Since it was out of the warranty period we had to purchase a new display and we were charged around rs 2000.

                              Now again after 2 months of replacing the display, it stopped working. I mean seriously??? Every 2 months we should keep replacing the display??? How can any branded product be manufactured of so low quality??? And every visit we need to pay them rs 530 service charge... Pathetic quality!!!

                              We are totally frustrated and definitely taking this complaint to consumer court!!!

                              As i can see the company is only making money by cheating the consumers with degraded product in brand name!!!

                                We purchased new whirl pool refrigerator from vijay sales, soon branch on june 18, 2017. The water after defrosting was not getting evaporated automatically.
                                The franchise of the company did not send proper technician, instead the technician told us that the water has to be thrown manually after defrosting every third day.
                                Now no one came from the company nor anyone responded properly. What is the solution
                                Can i take the company to the consumer court

                                  I bought whirlpool refrigerator on dated:06/11/2015, model no 20342,
                                  S. No. Ina[protected]. Some time before i noticed cracks appearing on the inner part of the body of refrigerator, which i reported on dated: 03/07/2017.
                                  S. R no. Generated by the whirlpool customer care.
                                  On 04/07/2017 service personnel of saraswati enterprises came to check against the complaint reported.
                                  He assured me because of manufacturing defects, the whirlpool co. Will replace this refrigerator by the new one, he took some photographs and prepared reports to replace the refrigerator with assurance that he is processing the paper and for further enquiry, i need to talk to mr. Nisheet on given contact no. On jobsheet.
                                  When i contacted mr. Nisheet on 10/08/2017. He told me that they estimated the value of refrigerator which is now around between rs.16000/= to rs.17000/= from the actual price which i paid rs.225000/=.
                                  They will return me around rs.16-17000/=, which i can use to buy new refrigerator from whirlpool co.
                                  And company will charge me dealer price (Not mrp) on any new purchase.
                                  It means whirlpool is exchanging refrigerator as whirlpool co. Offers time to time to exchange old appliances to new one. (Where they estimate the old appliances value and then the customer have to pay off diff. Amount for the new one).
                                  This is unfortunate, whirlpool co. Is not accepting her responsibilities as quality product should be provided to the customers. Instead of replacing it you are giving me exchanging offer, which is not correct.
                                  In this case whirlpool co. Is fully responsible for the manufacturing defect and at the same time selling such a low quality product in market and then punishing customer because of buying their products.
                                  When consumer complain they offer to exchange it instead of replacing it.

                                  This is very serious issue, which whirlpool co. Have to consider sincerely and make a point where customers is not punished or responsible because of we bought whirlpool products.
                                  Instead of having trust and feel comfortable in choosing whirlpool appliances feel cheated!
                                  So, please look into this case properly and solve this as soon as possible fairly.

                                  As per telephonic conversation, with sangeetha Sarkar Care Manager (VOC)- Service Operations Support and service manager of whirlpool of India Ltd, Delhi on dated : 29/08/2017. Your service manager tried his best to put blame on customer to justify the deduction of 40% of Total amount which I paid for the defective manufactured (issue of quality control) refrigerator. And transportation charges INR 1000/-

                                  This is unacceptable for me.

                                    Dear company,

                                    I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

                                    My dad had purchased a fully automatic whirlpool washing machine model on 2015 june and it had a 2 year warranty.

                                    Let me explain you what happened with me. The detail is as under-

                                    August 2017 (Once the guarantee got expired) - the washing machine started creating loud noises while washing clothes.

                                    18th august 2017 - i have called the customer care (Chennai). They registered the complaint (Complaint id:- co[protected], registered mobile no of my dad : [protected]) and promised me that they will send technician to my home address.

                                    19th august 2017 - two people came (Vipin and sebastian (Both are working as a technician @ kottayam, kerala) and after inspection they informed that washing machine has a bearing problem & informed that the instrument has to be shifted to workshop for fixing the same. We paid rs.475 as service charge on that day.

                                    23rd august 2017 - my dad got a call from the shop saying that we need to pay rs.5600 for the repair and also rs.900 for further extending the warranty for 1 year.

                                    Let me ask you some questions.

                                    1. Suppose if i am paying this money (Rs.7000 altogether) can you assure me that the product will not have any problem for next 10 years? Why i am asking you is, exactly once the warranty got expired the machine has got some problem. So how can i believe your service and product? I am sure that the product will definitely creates problem after the new warranty get expire.

                                    2. Two years back i spend rs.14000 to purchase this product, now i have to spend rs.7000 to get it ready. See i am spending half of the amount after two years. If i can pay rs.5000 extra i will definitely get another good branded washing machine (Now onam festival offer is ongoing). As a common man i can't spend 7k on a two year basis for an electronic item.

                                    3. That technician could have informed us or check with us whether we can afford this much money before changing the bearing part.

                                    4. Since i trusted your company and service instead of going for a local workshop i had contacted your service only. Frankly speaking, i can get this bearing part ready @500 rs. From the local shop. I came to know that we can change only the bearing part instead of changing the whole part.

                                    5. I think it was my biggest mistake that i trusted whirlpool (You) and you cheated me. I am sorry but i think you can't survive in industry like this kind of service. Very sad to say i'll never suggest any one to buy any whirlpool product at all.

                                    So these are my suggestions-

                                    1. You can reduce the amount to the maximum extent (2k is affordable to me).
                                    2. Or you can give it back to me at the initial stage of the product.

                                    But once again i am telling you that i trusted whirlpool and you cheated me.

                                      I have purchased a new freeze of 292 lit. From vijay sales r-3mall, nr. Manav mandir, memnagar, ahmadabad. There are 3 dent on body of above newly purchased freeze. Vijay sales denied for replacement of above freeze. They told us that as we approval from whirlpool we will replace this freeze. So kindly bring proper solution of above matter.

                                        My whirlpool washing machine which is under warranty period is faulty for want of panel board since last 10 days. complaint satisfaction code 284 and SR number COO[protected] . Fault has not rectified yet by the service Centre even after contacting area manager Calicut. Request take immediate action to repair machine. Thanks
