I am using whirlpool refrigerator 230 imfresh prm 45 wine exotica, with model no 70246 and serial no inc[protected] from last 2 years (Purchase 21/05/2015), i found a problem from begin, that the water is fallen from inside and as well as outside, i first defrost as guide by shop, then i call the services person, with this ref kl[protected], but nothing have done with same result,
So i earnest request is please look after this matter, and solve this issue, otherwise replace this refrigerators.

    Purchased a whirlpool puratron on 06/11/2016 worth rs.8000/- from capital electronics, kanchrapara. Company person came on 09/11/2016 and installed it. This year during the month of may'17 i saw a crack on the side panel of the product. As soon as i saw the crack i lodged a complaint on the shop from where i had purchased, capital electronics, kanchrapara. Company person came on 24/05/2017, took a complain report on "side panel defective" and left without solving the issue. Note - the machine was working fine, but after some days water started licking from the side and lower panel of the body. So i lodged a complaint online. Company person came on 12/07/17, took a complain report on "back and side panel broken and water licking" and left without solving the issue. When i asked the person about the resolving issue he informed me that he cannot solve this issue and with very arrogance told me that we have intentionally damaged the product. I mean is this some kind of a joke?
    Needless to say that we are in urgent need of a water purifier for our regular supply of drinking water. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful from your end at the earliest. Either replace or repair the product whichever is convenient. I have attached all the necessary documents.

      Dear whirlpool,

      I have taken amc of my two fully automatic machine on dated 14/07/17. Unfortunately one of my machine stopped working on 22nd july and we lodge complain with whirlpool. To our surprise, the technician visited my residence told me that your amc is not punched so we will not repair this and punching process will take 21 days time. I immediately spoken to customer care guy and they gave me number of mr. Pramod from parihaar enterprise. When i spoke to this guy, he told me that machine can't repair. When i mentioned that whirlpool policy is not good and as a customer i am getting suffered. He mentioned that he will ask company to refund my amc amount of both the machine. It was a shocking statement from from mr. Pramod.

      I was planning to upgrade to another whirlpool machine but after this incident the idea of whirlpool any product is dropped.

      I have few queries please respond to them asap,

      1. Is this the way whirlpool work with their customer and takes care of complain.
      2. Where it is mentioned in amc agreement that only after punching of amc paper, any repairing will be done.
      3. Why the amc period was mentioned in agreement starts from 15th july to 14th july. Whirlpool should take 21 days of buffer with them if they take so much of time in punching.

      Base on above three facts it feels whirlpool has started making fool of people but in my case i will not take this lightly and will consider for legal case if whirlpool fail to resolve the issue in a day time.

      I am facing problem to sending incompetent technicians frequently which unable to rectify the problem. He has visited 4times in 20days and changed all 05 filters, costing 5300 but still not rectified.
      Very disappointed with technicians technical skills n still facing issues
      3 tickets/complaints in 20days taken but still not resolved

        I purchased a washing machine, whirlpool make. For few days it worked perfectly fine. After sometime it suffered a problem and from there my agony of #harassment started. I made a complaint through customer care and a service engineer came to inspect the machine. The service engineer inspected the washing machine and told me that the spin motor is not working as it got short-circuited. For the correction of the fault, he recommended us to get the spin motor and drive assembly set changed. After replacing the parts he demonstrated me that the machine drier is now functional and working properly. For this i paid nearly half the amount of the new washing machine for spares and visit charge. After getting the machine repaired, i used it, but under load it failed to work. So, i again called customer care and explained the situation and got my complaint registered. Same service engineer came and told me that there may be some other problem and maybe we will have to change some other parts, as well. This was highly objectionable statement, so, i asked him that what kind of inspection did he performed on the very first day. To which he was unable to give a satisfactory answer. So, i again contacted the toll free number and registered my complaint.in response to this, another service engineer inspected the machine and told me that the spin motor got short-circuited but he will change it at no extra cost. And, he changed the spin motor. I asked this fellow that why this motor got short-circuited again, to which he was not sure and told me that may be due to loose fitting of the motor (For which he was not sure). But, when i used it again failed to work. So, again i called the customer care and informed the situation. Then, the same service engineer (Who has replaced the motor second time) inspected the machine. This time he told me that the spin motor is again short-circuited and is required to change. I again asked him that why this breakdown is taking place again and again. Now this time he told me that, it is because of the spin timer. And he will replace the spin motor at no extra cost but you will have to pay for the spin-timer and visit charge additionally. So, i wrote a detailed mail to the whirlpool customer service explaining the whole situation. After much persuasion and spending money i got the washing machine repaired. But, again after sometime same problem occurred and i went through same cumbersome exercise to get the machine repaired.

        This is happening continuously to me at a regular interval for more than past one and half year. Every time a new service engineer makes a visit and recommends a new spare part replacement. Till date, i have spent more than the cost of new washing machine on spares & visit charges. Recently, the service engineer told me that this is a defective product so cannot be repaired, this will keep on failing. Afterwards, i am continuously trying to contact the service team of whirlpool india to get appropriate solution of the issue but to no avail. Service team though accepted in writing about their faulty service but not taking any measures to solve issue. I am asking them to kindly replace the defective product, but not getting any proper response. I asked the regional service manager to provide me the escalation matrix so, i can approach higher authorities to raise my issue, to which he denied. Under such given circumstances i am feeling cheated and harassed by whirlpool india. Therefore, prior going to consumer court, i am writing here to apprise the whirlpool corp. And india as well regarding cheating, harassment and faulty #customerservice catered by whirlpool india. Please tell me what should i do in the subject matter otherwise, please remove your punch line #carecounts.

            One of the worst and pathetic experience with whirlpool washing machine. Never ever buy whirlpool washing machine go for lg. Let me tell a bit what happened with me

            I had purchased a fully automatic whirlpool washing machine model 700h on 2012.

            Since then i am having worse experience with the whirlpool machine.

            Till now, three times the motherboard of this model changed. After each one year, machine used to stop working and after service request representative used to come and say there is no way but to change the motherboard which costs more than 3.5k + tax every time and service charge rs. 400 + tax. There is no other problem in machine. Some days back again machine stopped working and as usual their representative said same thing motherboard need to change again which we changed like usual 1 year back. This is going to happen 4th time. I had brought the product by 17k and for motherboard change already wasted more than 15k.

            This time i thought contacted them via email and then the most worst part happened. Their reply and service is so pathetic that more than a month gone and they just keep saying one statement, let me quote that -

            "greetings from whirlpool…!!!
            We regret for the delay.
            This is to inform you that we are discussing your concern with our concerned department and we will get back to you whit the final solution.
            Hence, we would request you to kindly co-operate with us.
            Thanking you and assuring you of our best services and attention at all times."

            They are discussing the concerns for more than a month.

            So, my honest suggestion is at-least don't go for whirlpool products. They have already lost their good-will and service is becoming more and more pathetic day by day.

            I am sharing my experience to make other people aware, let these type of companies know that they can't fool people in india anymore in this media awareness era.

              Hi,
              We had called whirlpool people for service centre and they have sent people for service, they had visited and changed few spares charged rs.2900/- and within a day it remained in same old condition.
              We had than launched the complain once again and now they say we had not serviced at all, people visited was from other company and we will not do the service. We are just running behind from may month. Mr naveen from the company is not responding and so is his technician.

                I purchased a washing machine whirlpool white magic fully automatic top load in 2010.in 2015 there was some problem in pcb so i registered a complaint and got it replaced by paying rs 3500.
                Last month again there was same problem and i registered complaint on 10/06/2017. Service engineer alok sharma ([protected]) from bharadwaj service ghaziabad visited and told me that pcb is defected. When i mentioned it was replaced last year check it once again then after checking he replied pcb is ok gear box is defected and it requires msp+tsp and it will cost me rs 5200 and machine will be returned in 2 days from service center. Finally i agreed to be repaired it. After 2 days i called service center and i was told that "testing is going on it will be delivered by tomorrow. Five days i continued to call there and got the same reply. After so many arguments they returned my machine on 17/06/2017. I don't know what they did with my machine.
                After using 2 times again there is same problem. I logged complaint on 11/07/2017 vide sr no. Gb[protected]. An engineer visited on the same day and after checking he said that there is some problem in gear box when i mentioned that it should be under warranty. Then few minutes later he changed his statement. Now he said gear box is running fine pcb is defected and it will cost me rs 3500. I then called his supervisor mr. Ashok sikka ([protected]). He assured me to help on this and next day senior engineer mr. Shahid ([protected]) visited. His statement was also the same. Then mr. Ashok referred me to another person mr. Rajesh sharma ([protected]). He replied we can’t do anything you will have to pay rs 3500 for solving the problem. I shocked, how can anyone pay rs[protected] + 3500) in a month to repair washing machine? I have also seen another complaint for the same team by jai khurana on 30 april 2017. His complaint no was gb[protected].
                What i could conclude from above is that how they cheat the customer. I request somebody to look into it asap.

                I completely agree with @pinkrishi. Whirlpool's Bharadwaj Service Center is the worst appliance service experience my family has ever faced. The team at the sevice center is manipulative and misses no chance to cheat customers to pay extra for their own gain. Similar to @pinkrishi experience, the team sold my family extended warranty of Rs 5000 plus money, assuring that the defected product will be replaced, but soon after the purchase they started creating unnecessary hindrances to complete the request and thereafter started avoiding our calls. After multiple attempts to reach them before and after the lock-down due to COVID-19, when it came to standing by their promise they plainly refused. Additionally, the executives are so rude that they don't even hesitate to cancel the call on customer face. The Whirlpool Authorities should definitely act fast before this service center cheat other customers. I have separate complain with details of the incident.

                  This is to bring to your attention of the poor quality of the service received for my whirlpool solo microwave model no. 50002, serial no. Cnc[protected]. I purchased the amc of the said microwave on 4 july 2017 and the same is valid till 3 july 2018. (Bill of microwave and amc attached below in the mail)

                  Last night, i. E. On 14 july 2017, upon heating the food loud noise started coming from microwave along with a burning smell. I got afraid and quickly switched off the microwave.

                  Today morning i called your customer care service no.[protected]. And they told me that they will send the technician to my place and get the problem rectified. The sr number for which is gb[protected].

                  The technician visited my place toady around 1.30 pm and informed me that the magnetron is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Then he told me that i'll have to pay for the same. Approximate bill will be from rs. 1800 - rs. 2200. And my amc will be refunded.

                  I called the whirlpool customer care again after that and explained the whole thing. I was then referred to the escalation department and ms. Gracy from the escalation team told me that mr. Satish (Whirlpool customer care executive from delhi) will call me with a resolution.

                  I got a call from mr, satish (No.[protected] at 2.56 pm. Along with him on the call was the area sales manager and they told me that the amc is valid only after 21 days from the date of purchase as per their internal circular and hence i'll have to pay for the repair cost.

                  Nowhere in the amc booklet it is written that the amc will be valid from 21 days from the date of purchase. Nowhere on the whirlpool website it is written. No one informed me the same while purchasing the amc.

                  Is this how you people cheat your customers??? Harassing them mentally, giving false information, wasting time and money. And i thought whirlpool is a reputed brand. You people just proved me how wrong i was.

                  Got a call and an email from whirlpool customer care today. As per that they will replace the magnetron free of cost as per AMC terms and condition. Following is the mail -

                  "Dear Mr. Khandelwal,

                  Greetings from Whirlpool…!!!

                  As per our telephonic conversation, would like to inform you that part(magnetron) needs to be replaced in your faulty appliance to make it work faultlessly which is not available in service center as of now. Moreover, same we are arranging from our branch and most probably it will reach within 1-2 working days.

                  Hence, would request you to kindly cooperate with us till then.

                  Thanking and assuring you of our best services and attention at all the times."

                  So, 'll wait for another 2 days and see if the issue gets resolved.

                    I have been facing repeat issue with the refrigerator since september 2016.

                    The problem was on water leakage from the front due to defrost failure. It first occurred on 18 september 2016 and after checking by technicians the coir board pcb was replaced on 15 october 2016 and i was charged rs 5000 (Rs 4550 (Components) +450 (Visiting charge).
                    The issue repeated in december when i had to again shut down the refrigerator for 2 days and the defrost and drain pipe was checked and cleaned. The same issue happened again in june i filed a complaint on 25 june (Gb[protected]) where again the technician said the same component has gone bad and needs replacement. Also told i would need to purchase and put a whirlpool stabilizer which is specifically made for refrigerators in order to protect the components and resolve the issue, although i had a stabilizer connected to the fridge. I had to shutdown the fridge for 2 days in peak summers and the components were replaced and new stabilizer was installed. I was charged rs 6650 (Rs 3650 (Pcb)+2500 (Stabilizer)+500 (Visit charge)

                    Despite this, i faced the issue again on 4th july (Gb[protected]) and the technicians again shut down the fridge and inspected and cleaned the drain pipe and went.

                    The water leakage is hence continuing in varying degrees and i have put in a new complaint today (Gb[protected]).

                    Each time the fridge is shutdown i have had to face tremendous trouble of throwing away food that goes bad and investing lot of time in getting the repeat troubleshooting and repairs and cleaning thereafter. Also i have been cheated by selling the stabilizer unnecessarily, though i had one in fully working condition.
                    After investing so much money in repairs and given the assurance that this would take care of the issue, had i been told that either the product is beyond repair or the technicians are incompetent, i would have refrained from spending more money in repairs and bought a better refrigerator of a different brand who make quality products and provide good customer service.

                    Please appreciate that it is not possible to function a household without a refrigerator specially in summers and not only do i feel troubled but also harassed and cheated by the company and service providers.

                      Hi,

                      I made a complaint on 26th July 2017, regarding Whirlpool washing machine wash and Spin function not working.

                      I am struggling to resolve the issue for my whirlpool washing machine from last 20 days. Engineer visited multiple times but issue not get resolved.

                      Please look into the matter seriously & take necessary action ASAP!

                        Am having a 360 washing machine and had a voltage problem. So service man came and repaired the machine. Also he advised us to take the whirlpool voltage stabilizer. The given voltage stabilizer was not suitable for 360 washing machine. So we asked for a refund. We have raised a complaint in the whirlpool customer care about the same but no response. Can anyone look into this issue.

                          We purchased a window ac (1.5 ton) on 18/06/2017 from DK Electronics (samrala chowk Ludhiana). After installation, what we observed there was not proper cooling in the room and same we had conveyed to seller and service centre. Technician came and checked ac and found something wrong. Next day service centre people took AC to service centre, filled gas and reinstalled AC at our home on trial basis. But the problem was persisting. Then service centre filed a complaint (CH[protected]) and ensured us that, AC will be replaced within 10 days, But AC has not been delivered till now. We are taking follow up with concered fellows on daily basis including (Corporate office[protected], Rameshwar [protected], ), firstly they said item is out of stock and now there is some GST conflictions.
                          Now it's 09/07/2017 and i dont have proper status of my product, i never axpected this from whirlpool. But now i am totally disappointed from their services and product releability.
                          Now i want they either return back my money or deliver a brand new piece.

                            I recently buy a new refrigerator on 30.06.2017 from Bajaj electronics panjagutta but the refrigerator which delivered was damaged i registerd a complaint last one week but no response from complaint service i just wanna suggest the people not to buy a whirlpool brands replace the refrigerator as soon as possible ..or return the money back.. Thanks

                              I called the engineer as my machine was not working, he checked the same and confirmed that there is a problem with PCB mother board and repair price is 2200/-, Replacement price is 4200 /-

                              I had a problem with my front load washing machine and raised a complaint with Whirlpool Customer Care Center in November' 2016. The technicians arrived, checked the machine and informed that machine is out of warranty and board needs to be replaced. I went ahead and it costed me 5000+. In few days time I faced same problem and this time they replaced Wiring which costed me 2000+. They told that servicing the machine would improve performance and resolve any other issues and I went ahead as it was an advise from Whirlpool Technicians. Total of 11000+ Spent. They say that they are authorized partners "Global Services". They gave 2 Years warranty on board, wiring etc.., Bills attached. Today my washing machine does not turn on. I reached these folks from Global Services and all their numbers are switched off. I called up local electrician and found that the board was not replaced but repaired and wiring was old - In fact nothing was changed. I' am cheated.

                              Want to do the AMC for my washing machine as I am trying to raise a service call from my end since 29.06.2017 but no one from whirlpool side is giving call back..

                              So kindly look into this matter as early as possible.

                                We made a service request to Whirlpool India on 13/06/2017 vide Service Request No. 11798. The service engineer visited our place and changed a Module for Rs.5115/-. On the very next day we again had the same issues. There was no cooling. I again made a service request vide SR No. 14469 and this time service engineer visited, he installed an old module which worked fine again for couple of days but issue still existed. He put the module that we purchased and said that he has no idea what's the issue.

                                Now the current situation is that our refrigerator is still not working this is making trouble for entire house. We have small kids and we often find milk go bad in the morning.

                                Either whirlpool india fix the issue or refund our money that they took for replacing module.

                                  Whirlpool EXPLORE 855 LEW is Dead in 2 years - we have used the washing machine with full care and now just in 2 years the PCB is gone and the frame plastic is cracking. The service person says - this is due to cockroaches. Interesting to know this. Happened today. they as asking for 7000 to replace the PCB.

                                  After great disappointment and sadness I am trying to bring to your notice the bad practice happening in Mumbai - Whirlpool

                                  We purchased a Washing Machine 3 Years Ago. and now no parts available for repair - they want us to buy a new machine as replacement. - This is Cheating of customers by Whirlpool.

                                  1. Multiple customer service numbers toll free on the google where agents miss-represent Whirlpool and come home and charge Rs. 700.00 from me for evaluating the washing machine which was not working.

                                  2. After Detecting PCB problem they quoted 8000.00 to repair it.

                                  10 days gone in the process.
                                  then I discovered that this was a gang pretending to be a Whirlpool Team and fooling us.

                                  3. Then I contacted the real customer service number[protected] and registered a complaint. New Complaint registered on 4th July.

                                  4. They are then asking for 5000 Rs for the repair for PCB

                                  5. Now they have declared that no parts available - So now they are selling me a new machine as replacement for Rs.[protected] Buy Back) = Rs. 26000.00 i have to pay them for the new machine.

                                  6. In the mean while I have spent Rs.14k to laundry vendor for washing my cloths.

                                  This is a good way to sell bad quality washing machine to customers through Flipkart and now selling new machines in 3 years to the same customers.

                                  It is more than a month now and customer service team is avoiding my request to help.
                                  I need my Money back or Give me a Machine as replacement for FREE.

                                  If this is a situation in Mumbai I am sure there so many such un-constitutional practices across India.
                                  I am definitely taking this seriously and will knock every door possible on Earth to get justice.
                                  Hope the management team can do something and save me from this mental harassment.

                                    Ichouhan satvinder singh sisodia is practising advocate at punjab and haryana high court chandigarh since last 15 years and customer of your product as i purchased whirlpool doble door fridge in 2012 and on February 2017 their is cooling problem and ice formation .. i requested for checkup at customer care...engineer visited and advised for compressor change...on his advise compressor is changed for rupees about 9000 /- and it is assured that cooling problem will not be there now, but the cooling problem remained same ...the detail of compressor is attached with this complaint ..many time i called the service centre but they asked for some time to sought out the problem..again i made request in may to check on customer care ...i got a call from service dealership and was informed that since the contract of previous service centre who changed the compressor is changed and i have send the fridge by carrage to the service centre and for that i have to pay 650 + 450 as carrage and engineer visit...i informed them that it is the company issue of change of service centre and as per company norms i have to be provided service for compressor for one year but the incharge of the service centre talked in very unhealthy way and said that he cant provide the service on site...my point is if the company can replace for Rs 9000 at site then why cant it be again checked in warranty on the site itself...it is only that now the service centre is changed and the customer is befooled of his hard earned money and the company is not going to get anything...my residence address is chouhan satvinder Singh sisodia advocate 4106 sector 68 mohali pin code 160052...my phone number is [protected]...and do treat this complaint as legal notice and of within 10 days my fridge is not repaired on site i will be compelled to take my case to the legal court of law for redressal of my griverance along with damages for deficiency in service change of fridge and cheating with customer by company end, harassment to the tune of one lakh rupees due to service centre because till date my complaint is not closed from the company end..

                                      Water purifier not working since 23rd march and i filed complains more than 20 times but they are not sorting my problem out.They only give a false commitment .If they dont have a part available for a particular product why they sale it and say its world best product. We have break our nails on daily basis to get purified water.Take a BOW whirlpool
