[Resolved] Winni — Fake Winni

Such a worst experience from winni.. I ordered cake, bouquet and a card on valentine day 14/2/22 and it was supposed to deliver on the same day before 10 pm but they didn't deliver my order even it's 17/2/22 today and they're are showing order has been delivered.. When i try to call they are always busy or they put your call on hold only and never pick call. I want my refund back.

I contacted again to team winni on phone no. 078294 63510 and finally they picked my call and i said that i want my refund back as i didn't even receive my order and they cooperated and initiated my refund.. They contacted me through mail with email id info@winni.in and after raising my refund i got my total money back in my bank account in 2-3 working days.. Thankyou
