With regards to previous complain on my order that it was not delivered on time and no status was updated now I am writing to express my extreme disappointment that the order, is now marked as "delivered, " but the recipient has not received it.
I raised a complaint here on this forum but I noticed that the issue is marked as "resolved" even though the matter has not been addressed or rectified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and action taken to resolve my concern.
Could you please intervene, and I request that this issue be escalated and that I receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Was this information helpful? |
