Hi, I ordered a rose bouquet for my loved one today (Feb 11, 2022). However, bouquet was not at all what was ordered (real_pic), was of poor quality, and lacked the pink roses that were shown on the order page (web_pic.jpg). I first attempted to raise my concern with a WINNI agent (Ms. Manpreet Kaur); however, they disappeared when I told them about my concern (chat_pic), as if they do not really care about their customer after the order is placed.
I want a FULL REFUND for my order because they/WINNI were not even willing to offer an apology or explanation for their poor service (product and customer).
