Nutriblend CKM juicer faulty piece, incomplete set

Extremely displeased with response of wonderchef towards customer. Its been a week i have mailed their care mail id, thrice, regarding faulty juicer blender they have sent me.
Upon first usage it fell apart and ring broke, ruining not only my fruits but also the base unit. i am not able to use the blender unit and its causing immense inconvenience to me.
i have attached all pictures.
no reply or call back from wonderchef....

Gas leaking from stove

I had purchased a 4 burner stove in july 2020.

Since last 6 days gas is leaking from the stove, i have called helpline number 3 times ( last spoke with Bhgyashree) but no one has cared enough to call back.

Not sure what are they waiting for, probably some incedent to occur in my house....

Wonderchef Nutriblend stopped working

I had placed a complaint on March 24. The complaint number is KA[protected]. Inspite of following up more than 7 times, there has no technician visit.
What is the point of making a great product when the support system is absolutely pathetic!

Completely disappointed!...

Mixer grinder model no- KJ-8118WC-BK

I bought a mixer grinder four years back, after 2 years from purchase coupler of machine as well as jar were damage, so I went to number of technicians but due to non availability of spares none could fix it. I am so dissatisfied with this product. I had to buy other mixer grinder. Now I want that machine to be repaired. Kindly arrange both coupler of jar and machine so that the machine can again run....

Three burner glass top gas plate

The product is low grade. Within a week of purchase, burner switches off on a low flame. Makes a loud sound when ignited.
Does not ignite with vessel on.
Not attending to repeated calls and complaints.
I am regretting this purchase.Will not recommend wonderchef appliances to anyone....

I have complained repeatedly to Wonderchef vide my complaint no. MA[protected] regarding the substandard tawa that was purchased by me. I have given them the picture of the tawa as well as the invoice. They just give empty assurances that someone will contact me and they will replace the product, but in spite of reminders to them, nobody contacts. The after sales service of this company is just pathetic and for sure, never will I ever buy...

Warranty Covered but Repair is not provided

I brought the cooking hob top latest model cooker. It is not working within 6months after purchase. It is covered 2 years warranty. I called and sent emails to wonderchef customer care. But since it 6 months, they have not repaired it....
