My reverse pick up is not done from past 6 days. Paytm has scheduled a reverse pick up for my product on 13th may 2016 and today is 18th may. Calling the customer care number [protected] is waste of our time. They say "we don't have any contact details of reverse pick up team". My tracking number is[protected].

Never seen such a courier service who doesn't have have the contact details of there own departments.

I have ordered 1 banarasi silk saree (Banarasi silk material - red 002). Order amount rs. 633.93. I got the black colour saree delivery of this product on Jan 5th, got completely different very cheap quality sarees

I did not get the customer care no for this to complain and return the product. This is the way they are cheating their customers. I have attached pictures of what i have ordered and the what i have received

Except these two things i could not find any thing more on my shipping address slip.

Please help in this regard.

I have ordered 1 most demanding elegant rayon kurti palazzo set with duppatta . Order amount rs. 899, delivery of this product on march 11th, got different colour & quality

    This is regarding my order num 916508pwl83f4449 which is lying with xpressbeea since 8th of may and since 10th of may, it is lying at their delhi hub and has not been delivered to gurgaon 122001.
    I have been following up with first cry since 11th and with xpressbees since 12th may, but i have not received any support from them due ro which the order has still not delivered, everytime i just get an e-mail that they have escalatef the issue that too this email is sent by their customer almost by the end of day. They should understand when a customer orders something they keep in mind the delivery date and then order. There may be some plans due to which an order is made.

      Sir I had ordered some articles . It reached the destination here at Shimla vide AWB no.[protected] and[protected] was to be delivered today but I received the message that my packets was withheld at my request and will be delivered by next 24-48 hours. Sir I have never made any such request rather I was waiting at home today for this purpose only and as such waisted my time also.

        I placed an order from ShopClues.com. Order 91089989 placed on 03 May 2016. Talk to me i[censored] need on [protected]. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number:[protected]. Shipment reached in Siliguri, West Bengal on 9th May instead of my actual shipping address which is at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. It could have been delivered within the expected delivery date which was 12th May 2016. But now after 3 days on 13th May they send me the msg. that my shipping address is out of delivery area...what the hell is this? Why ShopClues is not using a good courier? Why Xpressbees courier took the responsibility to deliver a product in a place where they could not reach? ShopClues using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a local or Siliguri contact number. I want urgent delivery of my order by 19th May evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver within the expected delivery date.So compare your service ... where u stands...         Xpressbees Logistics — AWB 7AKR07177657 not delivered or called

        7AKR07177657 not delivered after many days. They not even called in my mobile, simply mentioned as I requested for future delivery n door closed in their site.

        I did not received the order and it is showing delivered

        I ordered Micromax Canvas Spark 3 through Snap deal order number[protected], Also received the message of Expressbees that It has been delivered (tracking id [protected]) but I did not received the order and it is showing delivered. Very much unsatisfied with the services, planning to complain to some forum.

        Yesterday eveng.7.6.2016 at 1656 got an SMS that product is out for delivery but as of now nobody approached me and rang me for its delivery.

          I ordered nokia bh-222 bluetooth headset in paytm. On 6th may i received a mail from paytm that shows, they delivered the product to concern person. But still i didn't received my product...!! Even i didn't get any call from courier service. I want to know to whom they delivered the product.

          Without asking the proper proof or product details how can you delivery the product to anyone. I need my product without any damage.

            I take many orders everyday and i have never seen such a rude client till now. I am out of station and i was in a meeting. Later after my meeting when i called ur client who should deliver me an orderd, he was yelling about a street dog in out apartment. I have said him respectively that it might be our watchman's dog and it just does not rather than barking. I accept that our watchman wasn't available and his wife refused to take the parcel. Our watchman is arrogant and they are subjected out and its other discussion. I asked him wether he can deliver it today back to our neighbour and he said he was in near by colony. He was like i cant deliver it.. Your watchman is irresponsible and i am afraid of dogs. If you want you can come to our office and take the parcel. I pleaded him to deliver it tomorrow to my neighbour just by going through lift and dont need to talk to watchman. He yelled i will get to your appartment and call you, you talk to your watchman, ask him to tie his dog etc., i told him about everything and i pleaded to deliver to my neighbour. He again said i should come from 20 kms for your delivery and meet that dog again. Than i said cancel the order. He said yes i will cancel if you want you can complain to anyone, my name is srinivas and my number is [protected]. I am not afraid of anyone you can do what ever you want. Firstly is this the way to speak to a women? I was out too many time and many delivery clients visited 2 to 3 times and later contacted me and it was very pleasure dealing with them. Even they come from far off areas to deliver. I will surely warn my watchman but i am really very much disappointed. I shop online almost and get many parcels and this is my first bitterest experience ever. I hope you will look into this. I am just raised due to his ill manner shown towards a woman. I spoke to him very nicely and is this the way he reponds!! He was at near itself and refused to deliver stupidly because of a street dog which would be there or not. Everyday many people come and go around, is he the only one to visit our residence? Really disgusting and iam very much disappointed to get such an experience from your team. I get many deliveries from your team.

                  They are expressbees, they are useless bees who dont even want to work. I have been waiting for consignment for almost 2 weeks. The package has reached bangalore 5 days back and they are still delivering the pacl. calling their customer care is uselss as they simply say they will take action. The consignment number 2D[protected] is them for almost 2 weeks now, they simple update the consignment that future delivery request without even calling the customer . Please dont use their pathetic delivery.

On 3-May-2016 i received an sms saying "out for delivery", but no one called me and i did not find any missed call either.But still no response from bangalore xpressbees office.. Definitely it is not a good service.. (At least in bangalore)...

                          This is a fraud company.
                          I have ordered sling bag through paytm and it was suppose to be get delivered by yesterday, i.E, on 23rd of april.
                          When i check the status of the order yesterday, it says accepted by me, wherein i wasnt there at my place. I think they deliver the products to our so called ghost.

                          This company is cheating both paytm as well as the customer. And may be sell this products n make money out of it. Or may be the employees whom they hire are all thief, who use the product and write the status as accepted by customer.
                          I have raised complaint, need to see wat action they take or just come back and it is delivered. If this is the case then the company itself is cheating.

                              I have ordered one air cooler from shopclue, they sent it via xpressbees (To bangalore). On 7-apr-2016 i received an sms saying "out for delivery", but no one called me and i did not find any missed call either. At the evening, they updated the site indicating "mobile unreachable/unanswered..." (Which is not true). I have called their customer service on 8th, they assured it will be delivered on 9th april. But on one turned up yet.. I have called them today (9th april) as well.. But still no response from bangalore xpressbees office.. Definitely it is not a good service.. (At least in bangalore)...

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I have ordered a product on first cry and as per tracking order status i received an sms on april 7th saying that xpressbees has held delivery of your firstcry order awb:2de09543636 as you requested for future delivery. will reattempt in the next 24-48 hrs at 7.24 pm.Where we were very much present in our house at that time. i did not get any call neither we spoke to any one from xpress bees. we made a complaint yesterday but no action taken or call received from xpress bees. please look into this matter

                                    I Vatsal Gupta hereby state that kindly get my consignment with AWB No[protected] delivered as soon as possible. I hereby state that the delivery boy had come to deliver my parcel on Saturday 02/04/2016 & I told the courier guy to redeliver the product to me on Monday that is 04/04/2016. I also told the Courier Guy to give me a call before coming. I hereby state that neither a call was given to me nor my delivery attempted on the said date which was 04/04/2016 that is Monday. My Contact No is: - [protected]. I once again request you to kindly get this parcel delivered to me as soon as possible.

                                      My AWB Nis[protected] which was sent by Paytm but in spite of contacting both Paytm and the courier office i have not received my consignment it looks like there is a racket
                                      I request Paytm and Snap Deal not to encourage Xpress courier by giving them any further business since its going to spoil the name of Paytm and Snap Deal Further I have undergone a great deal of harassment since I was made to wait at home to collect my article for about 4 days and was not able to attend to my work

                                        I am kishore kr borah, here a complain which is similar to others also, very poor service. I can't even rate how much poor is this. I ordered through online and i got a message your order is out for delivery with order no awb:[protected]. After a while i got one more msg with a reason that my house was closed so they could not deliver the product. Even they didn't make a call. Wtf! Is this a joke.. Do your duty properly. Dont try to give silly reasons. I even tried their so called help line no.. But as expected this route is busy. Holy crap!!
