Did not deliver the item

I have ordered few personal items online and the seller sent the parcel awb no: [protected], - the status of this parcel is showing shipped only. Am waiting from 31st Dec itself. I have called xpressbees courier more than 5 times, and sent so many mails, but no response from them. The parcel is in Chennai only, but they did not deliver the parcel yet. Discussing service....

xpressBees shipment not delivered

Shippment Airway Bill NO. [protected] from www.xpressbees.com is not delivered. This shipment ordered through smartpick.com (hindustan uniliver limited) . I was having a mail to be delivered within 3weeks. I ordered on 12/12/2014 and 3 weeks have been over today 3/1/2015. Courier company not delivered my product

I placed an order from Snap deal.com. order No [protected] placed on 29 sept 2014. They shipped order using xpressbess courier via AWB no[protected]. shipment reached in Ranchi on 08th oct 2014 at 12:13pm. it could have been delivered on same day by evening, but they didn't deliver. I called there customer care xpressbees for more than 12 to 17 times but there is no proper response. But still no sign of delivery. No contact info for Ranchi....
