Frequent Order pickup issues and Orders are not delivered.

Dear sir,

This is really awful. I'm a seller in meesho. XpressBees keep failing to pickup my orders on time. It's been 3 days now, still no one came to pick up an order from XpressBees. they even failed to deliver 2 products to the customers....

Tracking id not working

I ordered a jersey from football monk on 19th Aug 2022.
From the mail they sent the tracking shows out for pick up and at end of the day it becomes pick up not done, since 25th Aug it shows the same status daily.

Regarding delivery of order

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in Meesho, , . they are using Xpressbees for delivering,
i didn't receive any order .. but it showing it already delivered on19 th and 21 th of August 2022, on these days I didn't receive any delivered message or calls from Xpressbees.. even my order also, , but they are showing that we delivered, .i called to customer service also ... they were telling it already delivered ...i don't know where is my order...

Material not deliver

Dear Sir,
I ordered 10 kg of idli rice 10 kg on 13/08/22.That time delivery date mention as 22/08/22,

I have ordered an item for emergency purposes only

I have not received the item so I have complained on 23/08/22 on jio mart, they told me to wait for 48 hrs.

I have locally purchased 2 kg idli rice for the price of Rs.65 per kg

On 25th sms came as your item out for delivery...

AWB no: 134093316563010 , Product not delivered.

The product was not delivered also a wrong claim being made two times that the customer was not available, where in I was always available at my address and the delivery was never attempted. Not even a single call from the delivery agent I recieved. Moreover the delivery agent's phone number which is sent by xpressbees via SMS does not exist. I have complaint many times but no resolution. This is an incident of sheer harrasment....

Wrongful/False feedback system

No attempt for shipment pickup was done for order number [protected] . In fact the delivery guy’s number mentioned is [protected]
Which is bizarre as he has left his job long time back.
It’s shameless to put such a false excuse on your organisation being unprofessional . No one answered the customer care number . Shameless and shameful...
