negative balance in account

I have a saving's account, that i have not been using for more than 2 years. This i had created when i had got a new job in 2015. I have not been using it since i left my job. Now the balance in the account is -10, 000. I do not want to use the account anymore and i want yes bank to stop bugging me with the constant increment of the negative amount. I opened an nri account with yes bank 2 years back and all the formalities were taken care by email, and my documents were collected overseas where i live. Later when i started using their online backing i am not satisfied with the service, hen i tried to close my account, but there was no option to close teh account online, like they do for opening new account online/email. issues regarding authenticity of loan approval and denial of returning the documents or proof of loan application.

I wish to complain about a loan offer received from people who claimed to be from Yes Bank. They took all the documents from me and on multiple occasions even after asking for visiting card or application copy. They never provided any details. closing of account

Its been more than 1.6yrs, i haven't used yes bank account. It was zero balance account opened by my previous company
I am requesting to close my account with immediate affect. I resigned from my previous company, so naturally i stopped getting salary but the yes bank people keep deducting amount for not maintaining sufficient balance now the balance stand at more than -5500 rs and increasing. It's complete harassment.

account closure pending

I had a salary account in yes bank with my previous job in 2015 since 2015 i am not using that account and i had send account closure form to my yes bank branch as guided by custumer care but bank is not accepting that and want me to visit bank and request again to reverse that charges and if bank approves than it can be closed.

I was not aware about to maintain salary account and if custumer care is saying it can be closed...

credit card declined without any information

I have applied credit card on nov 16. My application no. Ybl0125277, but still am not received the credit card although complained customer care. I have update my address. extra charges levied after payment of dues.

Hello sir,

Over billing of credit card payment. Even after clearance of dues, after contacting the bank they said that even if you have paid the balance amount before the due date they have charged me another rs 52 as financial charges stating that that is the rule of the bank.

Just wanted to know if they are authorised to charge customers in this arbitrary manner.

negative balance charged for my salary account

I want my salary account to be closed, it has been long time since i quit my first company and you people are still charging me negative balance of total inr 4711.80.
You people promised me it was a zero balance account and charging me now. According to rbi rules no banks can charge negative balance for savings account. I want my account to be closed as soon as possible or else i need to contact bank ombudsman...
