Hi I am Rajeev Sharma, On 8th Apr I was trying to withdraw rs10000 By using Yes bank ATM card, It may be a issue with that machine my amount was deducted from account but I haven't received that.on same day I complaint on 18002000 and they suggested to wait till 15 Apr now after 15 the Apr 2017 also I have not received that amount .I am in roaming and do not have any resources .
Such a bad experience with yes bank Nobody inform me...

Complaint about harassing sms and email

I joined one company they opened my account in Yes bank
due to some reason i left that organisation with in a week
but even a single month salary didnt transfered in that account
its being more than 3-4 years.
but every month i got sms and email about mis balance or overdrawn balance updation
I am really frustrated and harassed from yes bank.
Stop messaging me about updation
I m not liable...

I have used my debit card for cash withdrawal on 12 th April2017 at 6.49 pm but due to ATM problem i didn't received any cash but my Account debited with rs 6000 later i complain in yos ph banking my ticket no is CS[protected] but didn't receive any feedback till now i need cash very badly due to medical issue

Negative account balance in saving account

I had opened a salary account in June 2015 in Chandigarh branch when I joined an IT firm there but resigned just after a month to pursue higher studies. Salary account is not closed and giving tortured by sending mails

Regarding current account

Waiting for the refund for one off online order

I have done transaction for amazon on 28th march for rs. 15, 999 using yes bank debit card. But because of some of the reason payment was failure but at the same time amount was deducted from my account. So i raised for the refund. Hence amazon already processed my refund and gave me refund reference number. I cross checked same from yes bank. So they said it will hardly take 4-5 business working day. But still i am waiting for my refund...

I am complaining about phone pe regarding not credited cashback amount of my upi transactions.

It's being very disappointed that the cashback amount is still not credited. I called your customer care also. She told me to wait for 24 hours but unfortunately it's being more than 2 days. I did recharge of two upi transactions. One is of rs 303/- and another is of rs99/-. I called your customer care also. Cashback amount would be rs150/- and rs50/- i. E rs200/-.
