Could you please DM us your client ID or registered mobile number so that we can investigate this further?

Do note that brokerage is not the only charge deducted from your account. STT, Stamp Duty, etc charged for your account can be significantly higher than the brokerage. You can refer to the contract note sent to you for the same. You can check the list of charges on our website too. https://zerodha.com/charges.

    I paid the account opening fees twice and I m trying to get the money refund I only want the refund of extra paid money. I have tried to contact the zerodha but none of the numbers are working so pathetic service they are providing. I made mistake by choosing zerodha they don't care about customer money . There policy is to make money from customers and they don't care about customer. I want my money back as soon as possible.

      I want to know. When i sell a stock on delivery basis afterwards it takes t+2 get the entire amount released. But instead of automatically credit of entire amount in my bank account, it stands with zerodha. You have to again manually process to take it back into your bank account but then this process again takes one more day.

      Why is it so? It should be credited in my bank account on second day as per t+2.

      Hey Gaurav,

      Most of the online brokers collect a running account authorization in order to facilitate ease of operations and upfront requirement of margin. The credit balance is settled once a calendar quarter. You can refer to page no. 10 of your account opening form that you might have received on your registered mail address.

        I have done intra day trading and sold some fno shares and booked profit of around rs 43000 rupees on 21 may 2019. But amount not showing in my account statement. Created ticket requesting the clarification even after 3 days no one responding. My ticket number is #[protected]

        If i am not going through account details because of hectic schedule what about our money.
        I request all customers to go through your statement on daily basis

          Its been more than 8 days my problems with nest is not solved (Ticket id #[protected]). On the call the support team says they cant help please raise a ticket and the after that the ping pong games starts. I have asked you service representative to just give me a call so that he can take mys system access and solve all the issues. Worst customer support team i have ever seen

            Worthless customer service. Nobody is picking up the phone. No number of the company is reachable.

            I have paid for a/c opening through card payment and also linked my digi locker (Through aadhar verification.) nothing is working properly.

            The company authority should must take immediate action on this or the concern department of govt. Should take immediate action against the company...

              Hi there,

              Today i placed 6 trades for crudeoil mini, and i have noticed that on every trade exit, the trade was getting executed by 4 points ahead. Is that your preplanned setup of eating money or system error?? Usually whenever i take an entry or exit there was minimum 1 point variation. Today it was the height of cheating, 6 trades x 4 points, it's almost 240rs loss for me.. I have another broker acc also, there i can even place bracket order as well, but still i trade on your platform coz zerodha was my first trade account... But i have sit and decide now, whether tomo i have to continue with you or stop.. So i need an explanation for this now..

              This is my second complaint regarding the same like previous one. Today its confirmed that Zerodha is big fraud and I knowledge that. Same like yest, today I placed just 1 trade on crude oil, at sell price 4325 and after a long wait I modified the exit stop-loss at 4325 only, as today there was crude oil investory results out at 8pm, so I kept the stop-loss at 4325 so that if market goes opposite, My trade should exit at 4325 only without any loss. But as I already said in yesterday complaint about this white collar fraud, they hit my stoploss at 4329 instead of 4325. Again same 4 points daylight robbery. Govt should ban such robber's for open corruption.. Now hereafter how can trust this *MFs and trade with them.

              Hi Shaan,

              You are possibly placing an SL-M order. The first thing to remember is that in India all trades are executed on the exchange, there are no dark pools. The orders executed based on price-time priority. So if there is an order you placed which got executed, you can cross check the same with the exchange end of the day.                 I have submitted the application form and made the payment of inr 300. After that it says your application has been rejected due to invalid banker proof, ipv, etc though i have given the valid bank statement.

                i called all numbers but call is automatically rejecting

                  Zerodha has utter disregard for customer interests protection while ordering.

                  Let me explain how this disregard caused me heavy losses in trade.

                  Zerodha has an option called MIS in its trade, which it enforces squaring off at 3.20 irrespective of whether the client has margin or not, which is ok. But, it takes the MIS order type as default option in its order if the trader has used it before, this is a death trap.

                  Zerodha ordering system is buggy and has its issues, one or or the other, on a regular basis. One day it can not place orders to NSE exchange itself. So, today, though I had margins, it forced me to take MIS option. I did so, thinking that it is one of its buggy days. What I was not aware that it will force MIS as the default option for all my future orders. So, one of my options order was taken as MIS though I had sufficient margins, and was squared off at 3.20 as a market order without pre-warning. This caused heavy losses to me. The following are the shortfall of Zerodha:
                  1. Giving MIS as a default option which is dangerous, just because the previous order was so.
                  2. Not alerting or warning the trader that the trade is going as MIS before order confirmation.
                  3. Not alerting the trader before automatic write off and not alerting the trader to modify the order type to normal to avoid auto square off.
                  4. Not providing enough safegaurds to the trader to avoid such dangerous automatic default choices in the order, not alerting on such choices asking for confirmation.

                  Hi Nataraja,

                  The default product type every morning is always CNC/NRML. The product type changes to the one used in the previous executed order on that particular day to enable you to place orders faster. You can always change the product type selected before placing the order and there has never been any bug/issue with the order placing window. Even if the order is placed using a product type you didn't intend to use, you can always convert the position from MIS to CNC/NRML or otherwise from the positions tab. You can refer to the Kite user manual: https://kite.trade/docs/kite/ for further understanding. For any doubts or clarifications, you can contact our support team.
                  Sir, i have completed my account opening process. But it shows invalid ivp and bank proof, income proofs and redo the process to resolve it ... But there is no links and portals to redo that process... Make immediate response and tell me where do I make my redo process of these type of issues.

                    As i mark leadmini april fut trigger price is 134.00 but trigger not heated also full day there was no any cancellations available in zerodha app
                    Kindly look into it and credited my loss amount

                      Hii team .this is chaudhary Shoeb again nd I'm again complaining about zerodha this is my user ID VH8421... Now my concern is the team Zerodha again asking me for 200to open an account for commodity trading but i already paid for that i paid 500 for both equity as well commodity.
                      .now im getting emails like your commodity account has rejected ...i don't know what's the prblm going on...i raised a ticket on Zerodha support Portal but no one responding me with the correct and permanent solution...im very frustrated with Zerodha..i did couriered POA and ENC form with the proper sign ...there only one area on ENC form to sign i pretty sure i had signed over there but the Zerodha team telling me again to courier that ENC that's why they rejected my commodity account ...I'm not going to courier again.. please team help me..i need your help...Thank you

                          Hi, i had applied for opening an a/c on your mobile trading app and as such had paid rs. 500 towards account opening fees. The payment was deducted from my a/c ide payment id: pay_clzwtw89fpu89n through razor pay. Subsequently, i was not given a client id credentials or a password. I was being directed to a page to link my ac with the digilocker platform to complete e-kyc. But the issue is that my mobile number is not licked to my adhar card and as such, i cannot get opt to complete the procedure. As such, i am stuck at the same and cannot proceed. It is my humble plea to kindly refund me back my rs. 500 paid.

                            I have registered 2 days ago for a trading account and I've submitted every respected document they asked for but i don't know why but the IPV got rejected and they're asking to redo it but I'm not able to see any email or any link to redo it.
                            If they're not able to solve my issue they should refund my money which I paid for registeration.

                                I received a mail from the zerodha that my application was rejected as
                                Bank details - cheque not personalised required latest month bank statement/ bank passbook copy with self attested.
                                Bank details - the bank document you have submitted as a proof is unclear. Please submit a clear bank document with a valid ifsc and micr code.

                                  Zerodha squares-off largest unauthorized trade within 5 daysThis caused the client a total loss of 40 Lakhs within a 5 Days. The entire fault is due to Zerodha's liquidation.

                                  1. i trade tata motors 8 feb 2018 in short sale with quantity 216000 average price 152.38 but at 3:22 pm all my stock squared @ 154.36

                                  that time no this rate, why my share squared off @154.36 that time share price was 150.10. my position was showing 492480 profit at 3:20 pm minute after being square off 82829 rs loss

                                  2.(a) i trade relinfra 11 feb 2019 in short sale with quantity 330000 average price 117.62 but at 3:17 pm all my stock squared @ 118.55

                                  that time no this rate, why my all share squared off @118.55 that time share price was 114.40. my position was showing 1369500 profit at 3:20 pm minute after being square off total 19715 rs loss

                                  (b) i trade pc jeweller 11 feb 2019 same day in short sale with quantity 1, 43, 400 average price 68.28 but at 3:22 pm all my stock squared @ 69.14

                                  that time no this rate, why my all share squared off 69.14 that time share price was 68.80. my position was showing 74568 loss at 3:20 pm minute after being square off 1, 21, 507 rs loss

                                  3. i trade relinfra 12 feb 2019 in short sale with quantity 164770 average price I wanted to eliminate(squareoff) 21 time my position from 3.15 to 3.25 pm.
                                  but was reject by the broker again and again. According to the rule, the company should have finished this position 3.22 pm but the broker had auctioned
                                  the entire stock and no information was given to me. When I spoke to the company he said a lie This is normal and this is a problem by the company
                                  And after two days without notice 1235350 rs withdraw from my account This broker manipulate customer trade and always lie company

                                  4. (a) i was trade sunpharma 14 feb 2019 in short sale with quantity 190000 average price 432.16 but at 3:17 pm all my stock squared @ 444.08
                                  that time no this rate, why my all share squared off 444.08 that time share price was 440.80.
                                  my position was showing 1641044 loss at 3:22 pm minute after being square off total 2080093 rs loss
                                  I ended my trade three times at 3.5 pm but the broker reject it at that time the market rate was 435, according to which my loss was only 5 lakhs
                                  But the broker manipulated my trade And loss my 2080093 rupees

                                  (b) i was trade same day wockpharma 14 feb 2019 in buy with quantity 98893 average price 404.57 but at 3:17 pm all my stock squared @ 396.35 & 399.05 price
                                  that time no this rate, why my all share squared off 396.35 & 399.05 that time share price was 408.
                                  my position was showing 344552 profit at 3:22 pm minute after being square off 261043 rs loss

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I have submitted the application form and made the payment of inr 300. After that it says your application has been rejected due to invalid banker proof though i have given the valid bank statement.
                                    And i have also send the poa documents to zerodha office bengaluru.
                                    Neither i got any email regarding application rejection nor i am getting my refund
                                    Please help me out to continue my application process further or else refund my money back

                                      1. It has been more than 3 months since i have purchased arvind equity nse shares which was purchased after its demerger. Still my arvind average price is not updated on zerodha kite profile.

                                      2. It is requested to update my arvind equity average price asper demerger urgently as i am facing problem doing trade.

                                      3. Its been so long since demerger, such slack services is not expected.

                                        I tried you online procedure for opening an demat_trading account 03rd march, 2019. I followed each and every step for opening the account but, the results are negative. Non of one account has been opened by your side.
                                        They told me that some documents had been required like aadhar card, pancard & 6 months bank statement and 2 photo of my. I tried that too but the account had not been opened. Everytime your team ask for the different document. Now i am not able to provide any kind of document to your team. If you are not able to open the account without the any more documents you had asked, then please refund my money back asap.

                                        And now a fake call or zerodha representative ask debit card/transaction card details (Like complete debit card number etc.) on phone call. I think this is not right for consumer act. What the hell is going on in zerodha...? I have complete call recording with call details that who are from zerodha representative or fake caller. Mobile no: xxxxxxx011, calling time: 05:17 pm, call duration: 01:46 minutes, date of call: 08th march, 2019.
