The worst trading platform, ever seen before. All the time there was an issue during market hours and order cancellation/modification cannot happen due to technical issues. Every day they do a release of their product without testing because every day we have to face the issue and finally we will have to lose money. Zerodha never responds properly also.

Also, the customer care was very very poor. Disappointed with Zerodha.

    Hi,
    My name is rajkiran deore, i trade with zerodha. Today on 13th march, i placed short order for idbi and rcom using cover order with stoploss. When i checked order book i did not find any stop loss order but the same was rejected by system due to technical issue. I tried existing from position but it was not allowing me and asking to do from order book where there was no order to exit. I was continuously calling support team but no response. I got mail from them about technical issue. Meanwhile my stop loss breached and price went up. Still no reply from zerodha, calls were not answered. Cover order gets auto squared off at end of day even that didn't happen. After long hold finally got connected to support team. They agreed for technical issue but said order will go for auction. When asked about compensation, they had no comments

      We are a corporate company and we wanted a trading account to be opened for our company with zerodha. But there is so much delay! In this age people come at your doorstep for new credit card, insurance policies, trading account opening. But seems zerodha doesn't bother about all this. Me and my team, we kept doing document submissions back & forth and kept following up but its still not opened. They should have understood that internally even we were answerable to our management that why 1 small thing like "opening a trading account" isn't executed as yet and it kept delaying from weeks to months and many more months still... Can someone @zerodha please help as your sales representative and customer care number aren't of any help!!

        Hi sir
        Yesterday i transfer 100000 rs @11.15am from my karur vysya bank account to my zerodha account through neft transaction. Still now it is not transfered to my zerodha account. But amount is debited from my karur vysya bank account. So today i make a call to customer care. They said my karur vysya bank detail is unmapped. How it is possible. Before this i transfer more than 2 lakh and make an investment.. Now i send the bank details. Please make a quick action. Thank you

          unknown trade in my account

          My zerodha id isrf0014 i trade with zerodha more than 8 years but i have bad experience on22.02.2018, an extra 7lot crude mini trade in my account without my knowledge i want ip adress and compaint through zupport @zerodha.com, they not give ip adress or good answer to me. My zerodha ticket no is[protected] i request to zerodha team memebers please help me to resolve my problem thanku...

          Hello Team,

          I have been following on above mentioned ticket since last 10 days, and called zerodha customer care n no of times but there is unprofessional response from Zerodha end just to add feature to trade on Zerodha CDSL Demat account.

          Not sure what the hell whole team is doing in order to provide just a CDSL form.

          There are certain positions. looking to capture in equity. Is there any possibilities to send some one with CDSL demat form at the earliest to collect from my place, as your team is not ready to help in proper info to download the pre filled form from q.zerodha.

          Pl help.

            Myself dr priyanka... From surat... Plz take necessary action against mr alpesh... He is working in zerodha... Ph no [protected]. Not receiving client phone n not replying any message after opening an account...2nd time i am complaining in zerodha but not getting any response from zerodha also... I have gone through account opening procedure 10 days ago... Not getting client id and password... Trying to call him from past 3 days... Need reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

            I sane a two time my poa document n two time sand my tracking id and many time call your department but we sad me i have a no document last one month i am this problem but zerodha has no respond what i can
            I HAD PLACED 23 AMO ORDER ON ZERODHA ON 12.03.18 for Trade to be done on 13.03.18. But no AMO orders were executed.

            Titan was not executed
            Jindalworld was not excuted

            Further I had call customer care. No proper response got

              I was willing to open a account with you & paid rs.300/- on 08/02/2018 from my current account viz. H. Kumar fashions. A/c no.[protected] icici bank, surat.
              Ifsc code:icic0001388. I have completed & submitted all the documents in the application form but my application was rejected because i wanted to add my current account in the application instead of savings account. I don't have any savings account. Further i have given all the documents confirming that i, harish kumar batra, am sole proprietor in the firm h. Kumar fashions (Given in written by icici bank, surat) but still my account opening procedure is not completed by you. If you don't want to open my account on basis of my current account, please refund my money. I have talked with your representative ankita madam mo.[protected] more than 30 times in this regard but still no resolution is being done. If you don't want to open my account, please refund my money. Thanks.

                My account open on 17th February 2018, i receive email for fund transfer from my sales manager. i transfer fund on 19th February 2018 . today 21st February 2018, 5.00 pm but my amount don't show in my dashboard.
                i already 30 times above contact to my sales manager and 2 times complain in zerodha customer care in two days, but my problem doesn't solved .

                  HI Team,

                  I have an account in Zerodha and i am doing trading with this Account last 6 month. My Account ID is ZM6518. i am facing an issue with his app zerodha kite. everyday in the morning during open market time when i place my order but its not excute. its happening continuously and i did lose due to this issue. zerodha customer care is so poor. they are not able to connect on call. i need solution of my Query. Please help.

                    Despite walking into their bangalore branch and submitting account closure form with valid id, account was kept active. Apparently had not done even a single trade since opening the account and show zero balance. Since account closure was not actioned, it accumulated negative balance and they reported to bse. Illiterate customer support personnel who cannot comprehend a query asked instead close the ticket without resolution. Can bse ombudsman help with irregularities and working culture of depository participants?

                      This is regarding zerodha account opening.
                      on feb 1st i have submitted the documents (Addhar card, pan card, equity form) for to get the access for zerodha account also i have paid 500/- for account opening in zerodha.
                      but after 19 days have pass neither they have open account or nothing.they only know how to fool customers.there customer care number is also not working .press 1 press 2 then automatically call disconnects

                        Today i short sell 30 shares and set an exit buy for it. After 1 min i got 30 shares 2 times i. E. 60 shares buy due to which i am facing loss. Please look into the matter. I traded from kite app. I suffer loss of 1200/- who will pay the amount. It made me in fear for future if i ll do big trade in future i will suffer such losses again.

                          Yesterday i. E. 14.02.2018, myself xxx from mumbai purchased shares of rs.31254/- through kite app

                          Today 15.02.2018, when i was above to sell my purchased shares, i was shocked and surprised to see that my kite app showing me, rejecting order for selling shares.

                          I went for searching reason for rejection, which explained does not have any holdings, even when i checked my fund status, it was showing 644/- balance.

                          In position column, there was no information stating that i had purchased 31254/- worth shares.

                          Quite obvious i contacted my sales branch kolkatta, who said they cant help out coz they dont have access to id, so contacted h/o branch customer service, cs guy informed me my poa was not updated, untill and unlless, i submit the same by courier after 48 hours my account will be activated for selling the shares.

                          Mr. Nithin, please be informed, my entire docs was submitted as required terms, poa was submitted through blue dart courier on express, and the same was received by your good office on 23/01/2018 by mr. Suresh, my consignment no.[protected]. Also i got confirmation call from my sales guy mr. Sanjay, that my account is activated for trading.

                          Cs team generated ticket no.512133, for which i typed entire dramatic incident your good office did to me, for which so politely and without any seriousness just said sorry for the inconvenience caused, your poa will be updated end of the day, whereas your cs saying they dint received it.

                          Mr. Nitinin, if such service your company is going to give, i am sorry to say, survival vision is very less... My freinds who was above to join zerodha around 8 people had withdrawn their opinion and they are now not interested to join with you...

                          Your miscommunication team, who updated wrong info to client stating your account is processed for trading, and other day after getting funds, holding it... Make us to think twice... Whether zerodha is safe platform like other big sec... Hdfc and icici..

                          Till time current status of my account = no body helped me out by giving me a call assuring no need to worry today it will be sorted, instead your team is still in confusion mode and stating we will try.

                          That means tomorrow too i cant trade, so my amount of rs.31254/- is blocked for entire week, and zerodha is favoring me by updating poa into your good system.

                          So end of the day i had lost my money in form of equity as equity price has been fell down... Also a lady like me is behind your staff asking help..

                          Expecting you could look into this matter and help me out..

                            Hi this is saroj yadav zerodha id - xi3065. I am new to stock market which i already explained to mr. Vikram, bangalore. Today i had few doubt regarding my fund transaction and call mr. Vikram who told me to call customer care. I called and the executive (Mr. Tanmaya) was not only letting me speak also was shouting like anything. I asked him how to check all the transaction details. He was not replying instead he was like i can tell you this and that, you have to find this yourself we are not here for all this.
                            Every time when i am calling and asking my doubt, mr. Vikram is saying you see this video, read this bla, bla.
                            If your executive can not answer a customer and mis-behave like this. Let me know i will close the account and will never refer zerodha to anyone.

                              मैंने करीब 10:50am को becket order (Zerodha) में ट्रेड लिया था, 2000 quantity @ 800 limit price, [protected]@2, target @5 with trailing [protected]@1,. लेकिन अचानक share price नीचे चला गया, did`t hit stoploss और automatic buy/sell signal generate होता गया (Total 59 trades executed at the same time i. E. 10:50:55 am)जिसकी वजह से मुझे 11700 रुपये का लॉस हुआ है,,
                              यह एक technical problem है क्योंकि एक ही समय पे इतने trade execute करना manually possible नहीं है जबकि already मैंने stoploss और target fix rakha था i. E.@2₹ & @5₹ respectively with trailing stoploss @1₹.
                              I called & mailed them so many times but i did`t get any answer..
                              So please don`t open account with zerodha because they don`t give importance to their customer,, they are just like thieves. Instead open account with upstox or fyers, they are far better than zerodha,, atleast they don`t steal your hardearned money,, beware of zerodha.

                              I Narendra Pattanayak, have an A/C in zerodha .From yesterday i am unable to place order in share, it is getting rejected . A copy of the same has been attached for your reference.

                              From last 2days mailed them regarding the problem & tried to contact by phone but invain.

                              Yet to receive a call /solution for the same yet.

                                The orders are rejected continuously both on nse and bse. Zerodha service is very very poor. Every time there are some technical problems occur. Why not you smooth your service. Also your customer care services are very very low quality, only tune are listening and no person are available to talk. Today i have placed order both nse and bse but rejected. So please improve your quality of service.

                                Just wanted to bring to your notice that there are many instances where I m unable to place request on zerodha, this happen wen there is huge volatility.

                                I don't understand wat [censored] service they provide.

                                  Kindly ask your incompetent team to update me on my application 946772. Its more than a month now and no progress on account opening. Your sales manager are simply harassing me with their document requirements.
                                  Let me know how to get back my rs 500. I am a housewife and do not have any income proof. You should have informed me upfront these conditions before taking rs 500 upfront through online.

                                    Sir my user id is ze3065 i have fund balance of 32000. During bracket order trading there is some technical issue my buy order is cancelled and sell order is automatically execute as a result i have to face loss.
                                    Getting loss is okay but how zerodha take my balance to negative 2 lakh is not okay i am not able to understand that why zerodha not automatically square off my position when my balance reaches to zero.
                                    Now i am confused what to do...
