I ordered food online from zomato at 12:20 am, which i should get in around 40-50 mins. That was not possible by zomato. And on top of it, when i called the restaurant they were ignorant towards the matter that it has been a long time since i placed my order.
I received my order at around 1:50 am, and that to wrong order. Not the one i ordered. Quality of food was third class, when i ate it, it was like as if prepared 2 days before. It was really ridiculous to be honest.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
