Hi Team,

I am unable to update my phone number on Zoomcar web application. I booked a car through web application and now it is asking me to login to the mobile application using the old number!!

It is not giving me an option to login to mobile application through my email address. Kindly help urgently !!

I am also not able to reach to zoomcar customer care by email or phone as they dont have...

We have booked a car in zoomcar app. When we were reached to pickup the car from the given location, host was not responding to take the car by providing OTP. We tried many times to connect the host in the booking time period. Even though host not provided the car, but in the app it is showing trip completed and how the trip completed without providing OTP from the host, we didn't understand. Profile blacklisted by Zoomcar without reason

I am a customer of Zoomcar. However, as I was away from India, I haven't used Zoomcar for almost two years. Now, after coming back, I am trying to book a Zoomcar, but the application is showing that I am blacklisted by Zoomcar without any reason or intimation.

Randomly blacklisted account for no reason

Zoomcar has randomly blacklisted my account without stating any reason and is not allowing me to make any bookings. The account is associated with the email [protected]@gmail.com and the account has 5 star rating so I see no reason whatsoever for it to be blacklisted in the first place. zoomcar trip not ending even after returning car to host

I made a booking on Zoomcar JPSNJQYQH from 15th June 2024 to 2nd July 2024.

I returned the car to the host 30 mins prior to ending the trip, but the app did not allow me to end the trip even though I entered the otp provided by the host.

I tried an hour later and the app was not accepting the otp received from the host. And shows a penalty of an hour. The customer care number does not work and the chatbot options...

Ride amount not credited

He has returned my car on 25 June 2024 and filled OTP to end car but Ride is on over instead saying OTP limit exceeded.
Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible
Or else it would end with a legal action towards zoomcar....

Car cancelled

My car booking was cancelled from owners end by scamming me for otp.
I rented a maruti brezza from 5 am 16th june to 8pm 17 th june .
The owner switched off his phone after cancelling leaving me stranded in an unknown city and an isolated area.
it has been three days since i raised a complaint and i havce not received and call or email regarding the issue.
i want full refund from my booking....

I have booked zoomcar booking"jpsnjrpwy" for my family trip from[protected]:00 pm ist[protected]:00 pm ist. I went to the location o 07 june at 8:00pm. At the time of taking the vehicle from host, need to check in app and take all the photos and upload. I tried after taking the otp from the host, but got the error which was shown in the attachment.. Upon arrival at the designated meeting point, I encountered an issue where I was unable to receive the OTP required to unlock the booked car. I attempted to resolve this issue promptly by contacting both your email support and chatbot, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance for a significant amount of time.

As the host could not release the car without the OTP, I was forced to make alternative arrangements and rent a different vehicle, resulting in a wasted day and additional expenses.

I have already paid for the Zoomcar booking (Booking ID:JPSNJZEZD)and considering the inconvenience caused by the lack of timely support regarding the OTP issue, I request a full refund for this booking.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Money not by the zoomcars

    I'm from Hyderabad. I have booked a car through the zoom car platform on[protected]. But I wasn't able to unlock the car through the zoom app thus, i did take the car from the host. Then i raised a ticket (ticket id: 1645233), But zoom car team did not revert back till now, though i mailed zoom car team personally.

    1. I booked a car WB74 BH 8001, from 30.05.24 to 08.06.24, Booking id: JPSNJLXWS
    2. On reaching to pick the car on 30.05.24 at around 0850 hrs the host said he didn't get any booking from zoomcar.
    3. I raised a ticket at around 0900 hrs on 30.05.24, on which they gave an option to rebook, but the search didn't show any result. So I had to leave because my family was also there with me, with all the lagauge.
