    I am zoomcar user since 2022. My account is been blacklisted for no reason due to which I am not able to book the car (image attached to this compliant).

    Requesting zoomcar team to resolve the issue and revoke the blacklist ban from my account and allow me to use the zoomcar service again.

      Refund of INR 4734

      Address: 28/12, 5th street New Colony, Velacherry

      On dated 13 January, 2024, a Tata Tigor Zoom car was booked for an ride. On reaching the location to pick the car, the owner of the car denied to give the booked car as that car was supposed to go for servicing. And then ride was cancelled by our side and full refund was applicable. Even customer care had told that it will be refunded in a week. The status of refund on the app is till showing pending.

        blacklisting of account

        Address: Navi Mumbai

        My account is been blacklisted for no reason and without prior intimation. Even you guys don't have customer carenumber where I can raise the issue. In-app customer help & support corner only deals with the issue with respect to previous trips and have no option with respect to generic issue and issues like blacklisting of account.

        Kindly, resolve the issue as soon as possible, because I am facing unnecessary inconvenience....

        I booked a car from your app on 10th May, however due to some issue my profile was not getting verified even after making the entire payment. I cancelled the booking and requested for a refund on 12th May. It’s showing on the app that the refund is initiated and also successful but I did not receive any amount in my account. I made the payment through gpay. I am attaching the booking id and screenshot of the transaction below. Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible. Booking ID: JPSNJOUSN

          My name is Karan Khot and I’ve booked zoom car from Hyderabad for 5 days and have paid 11.5K rupees already.
          I’ve tried uploading all necessary documents on your app including passport, DL, Aadhar card and selfie however, you keep on rejecting my application. The documents are legit and clear to read.
          I’ve already spent 11.5K rupees and still have not been able to use the vehicle. This is frustrating!
          Please help me verify my profile or at least provide a refund!

            Refund due to breakdown Issue

            We had a trip on 22/03/2024 and due to breakdown of the car in the middle of the road we were not able to travel further and we had to rush to the station for train and our whole trip got wasted. We have already complaint to zoom car about the same and we received the mail from zoomcar and we were asked to reply with images. we have already submitted and reply to mail but still our complaints is not resolved.             No refund given yet app shows refund successful

            A Ertiga was booked on 3rd April. Which was then cancelled on 7th April. The showed refund initiation on 8th April and refund successful on 8th itself but no amount was reflected in the payment mode. After raising a query which said it will take 7 days after cancellation we waited but nothing was refunded. 10 days have passed but no refund has been given...

            Driving license is rejected without any reason and not able to connect with customer care

            Dear team,

            I have made booking of zoomcar on 12th April . BOOKING ID:- JPSNINQ4L

            After the booking, app was asking for customer verification.

            I uploaded my DL and adhar card but just after few minutes.. got the message document verification got failed.

            Post that tried with Adhar OTP verification and license verification but it is not taking my license.

            I have booked the Zoomcar - ECO SPORT, Host Name- Azad, Phone Number - [protected].
            When I reached at the location I havent found car there. I connected with host and they asked me to pay them again to receive a car.
            Also, I have raised this issue many time before on zoomcar app but got no response.
            Kindly look into this matter and refund my money INR 9732 for the same as soon as possible.

              The customer has not returned the car until now.

              My car was booked on the 28th of March, 2024, and was supposed to be returned on the 1st of April, 2024, but I extended the duration until the 4th of April, 2024, at 1:00 PM.               Not able to unlock the rented ar

              We rented a car on zoomcar, the pickup was at 11 pm, but we could not unlock the car at all, every time the app kept crashing. We tried looking for customer care contact number, but didn't find any working contact number. We tried for one and half hour in the middle of the night. We have paid a lot for 5 days of trip.

              Kindly help us resolve this matter....

              We had registered our vehicle in ZoomcarHost and the vehicle is Hyundai venue vehicle (Model 2021) and the vehicle was damaged by the customer on August 9th 2023,
              We got this damage from Booking ID "#JPSNCX0VK" and is booked by velsuri sriram, it's been 9 months, and the vehicle did not get repaired, and the vehicle is damaged heavily.

              And we contacted the vendors (Gadifix) Puneet is the owner of Gadi fix (m.no:[protected])...

              Car is live not showing in guest app

              Dear team
              I have tried many times creating a ticket against my listing in zoomcar but no tickets are created, so my complaint is that my car is live on host app but not show on guest app.
              Also no one appears for gps installation and phone lock unlock system.

              Im complaining about the Zoomcar host

              I’ve booked a car in the zoom app and the car’s silencer sound was from the beginning of the trip . The trip ends on 9pm march 8, I’ve returned The car at 8pm, the host was very rude towards me and asked me to repair the car and fill the fuel and denied to checkout the trip. I've filled the fuel in the car and l even accepted to submit the issue and I will pay the amount as agreed to the zoom policy but the host still denied to checkout....
