I am using airtel from last 3 years on my number +91-[protected] and +91-[protected]. We recently got shifted to bangalore and there i got this number ported under national mnp. But now i am not able to send the messages from this number. Whenever i send any message from my home then i get message sending failed. Initially i was not getting calls then with the help of open network i got that issue resolved. Again...

The airtel broadband connection is requested to disconnect on 12th august and the connection got disconnected in next 2 days. And the reference number is 71548122. After a months time (24th sep), i got notice from airtel saying the connection is disconnected from airtel on 18th august as per request.
In between i was making multiple calls to customer care to know the status where they found the connection is still live and asked them...

I am facing network problems since many months in my airtel number and i have been complainting in airtel for my network problems and they did not solved the problems till date .
