I got Moto G 3rd generation on Apr 16 2016, It worked fine for first 5 months but after that it is not able to detect sim slot and so we gave the phone to service center in tirupathi(Sri valli Communications), They return the phone in 20 days but issue still exists. This time we again gave the phone to them on september 12th but even after 45 days there is no update on the phone, They always say they are looking into ths issue but not sure what they are seeing, Can you please help us in getting our phone repaired (or) provide us new phone as the phone is within warranty period...
