I have been a customer awaiting a solution to " Internet Not Working " " Slow Speed " issues for the last 5 days Dec 14 till today ( Dec 21). I'm patiently waiting yet for the issue to be resolved. But, the tickets are getting closed as resolved with no proper solution and i have to re-open it, . The ETR gets updated the next day every time.
No technician takes the responsibility, I have to call them to get some updates. Next day another person will call asking what the issue is again ? Is this how we provide support to a user ? Extremely disappointed since my work is getting affected. Please look into this and provide a final solution on an urgent basis.
