On March 3rd 2024 I moved to a 400 MBPS plan for 6 month and paid the amount.
I was getting the same speed of 300 mbps as per my previous plan.
When contacting support, they do basic troubleshooting and speed is still the same. Support team further told that my router only support speed of 200, above that it cannot provide. I informed agent to make changes so that I get the router delivered.
Today (May 2) I raised ticket for router status, I got call at noon unfortunately I couldn't pick. I received callback in evening and after 21 seconds while talking to associate the call got cut off (I did not intentionally or accidentally disconnect, its from act side) and I did not recieve call back.
Its been over 2 months
1) New router wasn't installed at my premises yet.
2) I am paying additional 99 for two month ( this month and previous month) for router that never got installed.
I want the promised router installed within this week and refund of 198.
