Respected sir/madam,
My act fibernet speed is 90 to 100mbps. I was promised a 450 mbps plan and paid the amount too. I raised the complaint on 7th december 2023. Instead of solving the issue, the service team closed the complaint by the day end. I have raised multiple complaints/service requests (Details enclosed below). But the act team is keen on closing the complaint without actually fixing the problem. I have been a loyal customer of act since 2016. But now i am being cheated on the grounds of higher speeds. Act customer care giving false promises of fixing soon. I am a surgeon. Yesterday mr mahalingam (Field technician), called up when i was in hospital operating on a patient. My subordinate answered, asked to call later. Instead of calling later, mr mahalingam closed the complaint. How inhumane this is? Is this the work culture in act corporate office? Seriously i am sad at the state of how act has degraded. Kindly do the needful.
