From dec4 internet connection is down and I have raised complaint. No one is properly responding called several times to call centre. Standard message I will receive is 48 to 72 hours they require. In my apartment, there are lot of blocks with house. In few blocks internet connection is working and few not working. It is unfortunate to see ACT no one takes responsibility to call customer and appraise what exactly issue is. When I see my status in app standard message saying that 7:30 to 9:00 AM OR 19:30 to 21:00 where no one will work actually since timings are out of office hours they will fix. Till now nothing happened

Closed this issue. Engineer came and took 5 min to rectify. This issue can be solved within SLA time. But solved outside SLA hours.
