I bought few things from Apollo pharmacy on[protected]. The bill was generated of 757 rupees. I paid the amount using Phonepe but it was not displaying in Apollo pharmacy's database at that time and the money was debited from my bank account. The Apollo pharmacy person told me to do the transaction once again. So, I did the transaction once again and the same amount of 757 rupees was debited from the bank account once again. On second attempt, the transaction was also confirmed by Apollo pharmacy person. Then the person of Apollo pharmacy told me that the extra transaction amount will be refunded to you within 5 days but now it has been more than 20 days and the amount has not been refunded to me yet.
Kindly look into the matter.

Ordered a muscletech product on Apollo 24/7 website they have it in the warehouse but not delivering it, contacted support but they say they will courier in 24-48 hours and they have been doing this since 2nd April

Hi,

I had ordered Accu-Check Active Blood Glucose Monitoring System from Apollo Pharmacy on 3-Apr-2023 but 10 Free Strips missing in the order. They said they will provide 100 HC for that instead of giving me 10 free test strips.

Please help me on this issue.

That offer me 20% discount and cash back and I paid for that.
within few months they cancel that offer without any notice
now they don't want to give refund of my membership fees

after few months they canceled that offered without any notice.
now I ask for refund of my membership fees. but they denied and
just said now can not help.

Apollo pharmacy Sunrise point has sold me a Glucon D which is in a bad condition, it is an old product of April 2022. Small insects are there in the product. Also they are not ready to replace. Salesman Raju from the store doesnt agree with this and misbehaved....

Hello Team,

I have received medicine from Apollo pharmacy online in totally damaged condition. After that I have raised concern with team and also intimated them and also raised refund request with proper pictures but still I no one come for reverse pickup of medicine and again and again harassing me through email to send pictures of damage medicine. All the Facebook users i have ordered this medicine for my 6 years old child who is suffering from ASD problem and this medicine is very crucial & costly also. But the brand like Apollo is simply harassing me. Please help on this matter.

Apollo pharmacy management informs them that
I have been buying from Apollo pharmacy for the past 5 years. Never caused any trouble to the customer. But today I shopped at 8:05 PM at the newly established Apollo pharmacy near Reliance Trends in Miryalaguda. When they said that the item should be paid in cash only, the staff argued and finally made the payment by phone.
Since then the staff misbehaved with us and troubled us about the carrybag. At near Reliance Trends, you can see the way your Apollo pharmacy staff approached our motor cycle and behaved on your security camera and take appropriate action. I request your management not to cause such trouble again.
