Ordered a cable which is not compatible with iphone 11 and want a exchange

I ordered for a fast charger ie adapter and cable on june 3rd and it got delivered on june 5th. I realised its not usable with my iph 11 since the usb c cable isnt compatible with my phone. I have tried explaining apple several times but they are not ready to listen to me, i dont even own an ipad what am i supposed to do with the cable?
I would just need a replacement or refund else neither adapter nor the cable is of any use. This...

Privacy Issue

Someone is trying to use my email ID to log into a MacBook Pro 13. I'm not an apple user, I do not have an apple ID. This is the second time I've received an email saying someone is trying to verify my email address to sign into iCloud. I would like this activity to be stopped immediately....

I renewed by MS Office through Apple Store. It was billed by them on 15.1.2021 and validity was till Dec 30, 2021. It stopped working from May 8 - I cannot save data on MS Office files- they are asking me to activate account - which means I can take a one month free trial and then pay for it after a month. If I say I have an account, then it asks for an activation key - which Apple never shared.

IPhone quality is bad and it has issues

I have purchased an iPhone 12 on Feb 17, 2021 and since then I am facing a major issue with this phone. Macbook pro is not working after 2 months of purchase

My Macbook pro ( serial no: FVFDWCL5Q05F ) is not working just after 2 months of purchase.
I also took apple care plus as from apple customer care I have been told that you will get on-site service.
But now apple is denying to help and not taking any responsibility. I have spend Rs.145000 + Rs.24000 (apple care) but result is wastage of money....

MacBook Pro 2017 - Defective display
