I have provided adhar, pan and Driving licence...i am currently posted at bank of India lohatia branch Varanasi..i provided photocopy of passbook which is local address proof. Hi I ordered shoes from nike and my kyc is getting rejected again and again as I ordered shoes for my friend who lives in gurgaon but the order is under my name. I submitted KYC and Rent agreement of my friends name as the name of both documents and delivering address should be matched. But order name under which it got placed(which is mine) and the consignee name is different....
