I have custom clearance kyc issue with my shipment

Sir my address is different in kyc from the address that on shipment. Because of that my shipment custom clearence keep rejecting. I also mailed this issue but not get proper response.

Consignment held in Custom Clearance

Hi,
I am a working professional residing in Gurugram, Haryana. However, my KYC documents contain address of my hometown and I have now moved out from there.
The courier services have not cleared my consignment due to mismatch of address in the documents. However, I have submitted the rent agreement of the place I am residing in. But then also it has not been cleared by the courier services. Can you please assist me further...

In spite of providing every KYC document in spite of providing my rent agreement My adhar card my licese I’m trying to explain every thing to them
They are not clearing my customs and not accepting my KYC my real name is Karan Singh and on records It’s Karan Singh . I have provided every proof and told them Karan Saluja is my nickname and my Official name according to records is Karan Singh.

Nike order stuck at customs due to address mismatch

Hi sir i have ordered shoes from nike my tracking id is [protected] and my order stuck in customs because i had given my college hostel address on nike app which do not match exactly with the address on id proof so i am receiving sms and mails from aramex to submit kyc documents. Tracking ID 33352754912

In order to get the custom clearance, my husband has so far provided the required documents and ID twice; however, there is literally no update on where our package is. We have no idea on what’s happening and this is definitely not an appreciative customer experience.

Could you pls let us know what’s happening and when are we going to receive our package?...

Courier Stuck at Custom Clearance Due to KYC

HAWB bill no. [protected] ordered Item stucked at Clearance due to KYC

already uploaded KYC Documents and also mailed to [protected]@aramax.com still its not get positive reply from aramax, receiving mail and mesg for upload KYC add mismatched from many days, please look into it and solve the same as soon as possible. No support from customer care

I have provided adhar, pan and Driving licence...i am currently posted at bank of India lohatia branch Varanasi..i provided photocopy of passbook which is local address proof. Still they are txting and calling that my order is rejected due to KYC. I've mailed them many times but no resolution provided frm their side.

My shipment from Nike

I am now complaining for the second time as my shipment is stuck due to KYC details. I have uploaded KYC many number of times and mail sent to Ms seema of Aramex India, wonder what these guys are upto. they are now sending a destruction letter at the address and that delivery is also failed . The delivery guys do not bother to call me and the status put is delivery failed. God only save me now and give good sense to ARAMEX guys....

Kyc rejected due to name mismatch

Hi I ordered shoes from nike and my kyc is getting rejected again and again as I ordered shoes for my friend who lives in gurgaon but the order is under my name. I submitted KYC and Rent agreement of my friends name as the name of both documents and delivering address should be matched. But order name under which it got placed(which is mine) and the consignee name is different....

Shoes ordered from nike

I’ve ordered shoes from nike and received a message from aramex courier service to provide my documents and it was mentioned that the address on the documents should be same as the address to which the order is placed, as i am a student studying away from my home in another city it is obvious that my address will be different. I’ve been providing my documents repeatedly and they’re getting rejected and the product got stuck at the customs....

Delivery and Aramex App

I had placed an order on the Nike App on 13/07/2022 I was able to track my order until 21/07/2022 however after that I am unable to track my package. I raised a request with Aramex. And they told me that my shipment is in Mumbai. On the 23/07/2022 I received a call from Aramex asking if my package was delivered. I told them I haven’t received anything yet. KYC rejected due to different address

Hi, my order is stuck at customs due to KYC getting rejected because the address on my KYC being different from the shipment address. I provided all the necessary documents, the gas bill which is in my mother's name and my passport to prove the relationship, yet it got rejected. I don't have any documents in my name as I live with my parents. Kindly help resolve this problem!...
