I would like to humbly bring your attention to the issue in Carmelaram Bus stop.
Buses have not been stopping there since last few months, rather they stop 300 meters away where there is no bus stop / shade. (There is no metro or other work happening there )
We need to stand in the sun and rain for the buses. Also, there is a crossing there with fast moving vehicles and it gets very scary....

We(two o[censored]s) bought tickets from Sony World Signal to Koramangala Water Tank from bus MF-6 (KA 01 F 4954 as given in ticket and KA 01 F 4860 as written inside the bus) on 19/12/2022 at around 12:06pm. This bus has stoppages at two Koramangala Water Tank as given in the attached screenshot from BMTC.

These buses are already caught up in a lot of traffic, apart from which they stop at stops other than bus stops and waste a lot of time on the way by driving very slow.
Even the conductors delay their duty by slowing issues tickets.
The entire travel usually takes 2-2:15 hours, but due to these issues it takes 2:45 hrs ....

Very difficult for students and office people were travelling in bus in the morning hardly there is only 3 to 5 Shivaji Nagar buses available from Marathahalli to shivajinagar & bus will be filled with people even people be standing in the door hanging

From Shivaji Nagar to Marathahalli route, buses are not stopping at Manipal centre stop we need to walk till it Trinity circle bus,

Even if the bus empty and you if you ask to stop the bus or open the door, bus driver will say come till Trinity bus stop will open the door it is very difficult for us to walk till Trinity bus stop

BMTC customer helpline number is also not connecting

The conductor was behaving rudely in the bus when i had given the pass to him he told that this is not valid n started shouting at and and telling all the passengers that I'm doing a college degree and not knowing all this which is after i told him that i didn't know about this he even took a picture of my college id and bus pass for future reference apparently....

Dated 10/12/22, timming 1:pm. Due to cyclone it is raining heavily. From ramurthynagar bridge I was not able to walk due to heavy luggage n me being overweight it was difficult. So when I tried to get into the bus which was in signal. Conductor didn't allow me to get into the bus. After covid there are very less bus for bhoopasandra to kbs
Every 30 min we have bus, but drivers donot follow that timing.
2 buses come together and go.

Kindly add few more buses for every 15 min at evening...

I am not well from couple of days so i am travelling to Manipal Hospital from Marthahalli. I get into rushed bus. Once I entered into bus I am completely not able to stand. my body is not cooperating and I am about to fell in unconscious so I sat on steps. KBS-1l, 335E and some other buses are not stopping at commondo hospital bus stop. We need to wait for long time till some buses stops. Even though we tell them to stop they're not stopping....

I am a regular commuter of BMTC buses have taken Vajra monthly pass. I commute from Doddaballapur and there were Vajra buses at 6am and 6:30am daily and BMTC have stopped these buses saying passengers are less and it is not working out to them.

I am a regular commuter of BMTC buses from Doddaballapur to Konappana Agrahara, I come in KSRTC bus in morning as BMTC & Vajra buses take one and half hour from Doddaballapur to Maharani College where as KSRTC drops us in 45 minutes.

I have to catch BMTC bus from Maharani College bus stop to Konappana Agrahara, i reach Maharani college by around 7:20 am and the problem i am facing is that 90 % of Attibele & Chandapura BMTC...

The bus with the number KA 57-F-1761 today 3rd December was doing a very rash driving near manuvana and the driver was very irresponsible while driving and he was least bothered with surroundings vehicles he hit our car and when we caught him and asked for explanation he was not ready to get down the bus and was making funny faces and later when asked for compensate he started asking apology and started talking nonsense my vehicle left mirror...

The driver of BMTC bus number KA 57 F 6000 was driving rashly trying to overtake another BMTC bus. When I tried to ask him to slow down, he tried to damage my car by driving the bus close to my car, finally driving me off the road and onto the footpath. He also shouted that he will turn my car into pieces if I try to get in his way.

He is endangering the lives of passengers and people on the road with his reckless and irresponsible...

Frequency of BMTC bus towards Shivajinagar is less from Peenya Dasarahalli and Yelhanka. This is creating alot of chaos among the public to travel to the place on time. It's is tedious to travel in the bus as they are too rushy or overfilled. There are times where there are no buses for 30 to 40 mins. The frequency of bus are too low during the peak hours both in the morning and in the evening....

I was traveling from Banashanakri to Hsr, asked conductor for scanner, conductor denied upi scanner and immediately told to deboardthe bus, eventhough its mandatory to use digital/UPI transactions for buying tickets, conductor rude behavior embarrassed me in public and conduc5 made me to loose my right....
