Issued wrong ticket From conductor

This regarding wrong ticket issued by conductor. I got into bus at ESI stop Rajajinagar and asked for ticket till Rajajinagar metro station and he issued govt soap factory when I asked about wrong ticket he started shouting one and he argued that I told wrong metro station
Plz do look after this type of conductor where they cheat people
Hopefully u people will solve this problem...

Lost Mobile Phone

we got the bus on 9:50 at Carmelaram bus stop and we got down on 9:55 at ambedkar nagar and bus is G2 new bus but we didn't remember bus number.

Failed to collect change from conductor

I took Bus from Mariyappanapalya to K R Market on 09/02/2023 which costs 20 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 100Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

Conductors stealing

This is a tragic situation for people coming from other states and dont speak Kannada. The conductors are rude to start with, however the most tragic sitiation is when the conductorsbdo not gove back 5 to 10 rupees changes to customers. They should be earning more than the government. I'm complaining about the conductor

Address: Hennur

The bus conductors doesn't render proper change. They print wrong busstop names (area names) and take extra amount from the passengers.
I hope a proper action will be taken.
I have attached a receipt which was given by the conductor, i took the bus from hennur but for extra amount he has printed as babusabpalya.

Safety issue

I used bmtc fly over bus service from chadapura to checkpost everyday by giving 20rs extra.
Yesterday 6th feb 2023 when I was returning to chandapura, driver refused to give stop at chandapura bus stand as they stopped at signal nd asked everyone to get down. Conductor fraud

Appreciation. Ashoka depot 25

I forgot my suitcase and hit off from bus. 5 th Feb. Then called conductor after 30 Montreal he located the bag. Made sure I it is mine. Took my call nicely many times. What’s up the picture promptly delivered to me on his return trip from electronic city. Called me and coordinated on time and spot. Politely refused money for token of thanks. Happy to see many of these conductors on Bangalore transport.

Ashoka Depot 25 Appreciation

I forgot my suitcase on airport trip and got off Then I got phone number of Ashoka depot 25 conductor of bus. He promptly located my suitcase made sure it is mine what’s up the image took my call promptly many times and called me on his return trip from electronic city and delivered to me at silk board station promptly. He also politely refused money when I offered as token of thanks. Appreciate Bangalore transport conductors of this honesty....

Buses shortages on G4 route

Hello sir,
This is to inform you that from shivajinagar to banerghatta route (G4) Buses are not at all running on time due to shortages of buses, this is highly critical for daily passengers on this route, I'm requesting to you that please do survey on this and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Public Toilets person charging unnecessarily money when it's written free for Urinal

Irresponsible and reckless negligence towards public

I have travelled from Marathahalli to ITPL (Big Bazaar).
The ticket price is Rs 25/-
I've given Rs 50 and they returned me Rs 20.
Due to unavailability of Rs 5 coins.
They didn't given me the remaining amount even at my last stop.
I've asked them phone pe option also ti get my amount.
They denied it and asking only coins.
I don't have any change with me.
Finally I've left the bus without...
