loan against mortgage of land

Dear sir / madam,
I had applied for a loan against mortgage of land, from bank of baroda, maradu branch, kundanoor, ernakulam.
The price as per the document deed was rs. 2.90 lakhs, and the branch manager had told that upto 60 % of land value will be issued as loan after loan approval. But the loan request is rejected the reason is “loan amount below 2 lakh is not issuing from the bank”.
Is there any possibility...

bob saving account no:- 26140100034064 is not fully activated

Following error is occurring while fund transfer by other bank to BOB saving account no:- [protected].

Error is showing as account is blocked or frozen.

But, status of bob saving account is showing as account is Active. But at the time of fund transfer from another bank to bob saving account it shows error as account is blocked or frozen.

teared rs. 500 note from bank of baroda atm

unauthorised transactions without intimation

I am ashutosh sarna, recently i have taken housing loan of rs 30 lacs from bank of baroda, with that they have opened a saving account as well bearing no.[protected]. From the time it has opened the branch (Jalandhar gt road 144001) makes unauthorized transactions in my saving account promoting their insurance products or uninformed charges of advocate without any intimation. cash wrongly debited from the account but actually cash not dispensed.

On 19th july 2017, at 17:22:01, i withdrew an amount of rupees 15, 000 but the cash was not dispensed out of atm due to unavailability of electricity. So the transaction was not completed successfully. But my account is debited by rupees 15, 000.

home loan charges

I have apply home loan in bank of baroda specialized mortgage store at surat with ref of dsa chirag savaliya. Bank of baroda charge processing fees of rs 8625 for home loan and also charge rs 8625 for home loan improvment on dated 20/04//2017 file no respectively 165 and 166
I surprised that if home loan u will reject than how can u charge fees for home loan improvement. This is stage wise processor that firstly u sanction the home...

bank could not cooperate in respect in change sign in account no. 09410100024729.

I would like to inform you that, i have a saving account no. [protected] in the name of golu saini with bank of baroda, sisamau bazar (Barb0sisama), kanpur.

My sign is mismatch in bank records with my present sign. Because of that i face many problems in operate account & cheque become dishonour also. So i request to bank change sign in their records.
