my bank account balance is not updated

I am facing a problem regards of incomplete transaction. my friend sends me a ₹1100 through the UPI from phone pay app. but after 3 days I receive a confirmation message from phone pay for receiving amount but the amount is not updated in my account. Iorder a mobile from amazone on 30 aug 2019 and paid rs 5690 and i cancelled order 31 aug 2019 amazone initiate refund on 1 sep 2019 and said it will be credited 4 to 5 working days with refund refrence no 162623 i paid amount by rupay card which end 4089 .my account no [protected]. On 31st aug at 7:24pm i had transfered rs.2000 from paytm payments bank to bank of india in this process money had not been credited to bank of india when i have enquired with paytm payments bank they informed me that paytm payments bank transfered it on september 4 at 10:01am but i have not been credited so please kindly look into it. transaction failed from atm swipe machine

I have registered complaint from bank official site on[protected] about ATM failed transaction the complaint no is. ATM[protected].
Still I didn't get any updates of transactions failed from ATM swipe machine in SBI CSC centre, code - 1A771P56 and amount debited from my account still didn't get my amount.
I contacted with bank manager, but they are also not helping.
Bank manager should be know the procedure to resolve...

I do not have received my cashback yet

A refund of rupees 19999 has been processed on[protected] to my debit card ending 7193 (Rupay). The amount should be reflected in my account by[protected]. But i do not recieve any amount till now[protected]. The refund reference number for the transaction is 193679.
Kindly provide me my refund back to my debit card.

bank is not reflecting refund in my account

sms sending failed

I have a savings bank account with bank of india sarkhej branch ahmedabad (Gujarat). I have registered for mobile banking & i have used it since mid august 2019 while i am in india. But now i am outside from india. Hence since last 10 days i can't able to open the app, it shows that you have to send an sms from your device & i have tried several times to send an sms but sending failed every time. Plss do the needfull....

issue with rupay debit/credit card

Boi issued me a new rupay debit card. Money gets deducted while transacting online but if some of your orders get cancelled, teh amount doesnt get refunded back through this rupay card until a reversal claim is filed for each transaction.
I had to talk to the mumbai head office to get my previous issue resolved wherein all refunds were stuck somewhere and were credited after 5 months of my continuous complaints.
