I have the above scss account with bank of india, grant road branch. They have wrongly deducted an amount of rs.3488/- on october 1, 2018 for which no tds certificate is issued despite several reminders/person visits. They say that they have to get it from their ho and is not receiving any response from them. I have not filed my itr returns for want of this certificate. Sir i made transaction of rs 4286 through boi debit card for purchase of product on amazon.com. However due to some reason product got cancelled and refund was initiated. According to amazon, refund was initiated on[protected] and amount should reflect in my account by[protected] but amount hasn't been refunded yet.
The authorization code (Reference number) for the transaction is 383663....
