My complaint is regarding five orders which are classified below according to the issues:

Late refund:
1) order id: 30525239
2) order id :30525238
3) order id :30525220

The above three orders were ordered on 19th september. The delivery was recieved by me on 21st september and due to a size issue i returned them on 22nd september and chose the option to refund the amount to my bewakoof wallet...

I ordered a t-shirt for my brother on 01 september from bewakoof.com through app and completed payment through debit card, but till now i didn't get that product and when tracking it showing delivered. I have ordered a t-shirt from bewakoof but the due to oversized size of it, i have returned it but after that he took the order from my place but not yet credited the amount in my account nor he has given it to me as in hard cash. Hi team, there were 3 orders returned by me in the month of August and now its been a month and I haven't recieved the refund.
I have been following up on the bewakoof support email id as they do not have contact number to call them directly, and they aren't responding me.
This is being very pathetic situation and now i feel helpless that why did i even shop from them.

I ordered and returned 2 t-shirts. Bewakoof.com got it collected on sep 11, 2019. I have not heard from them since then. I do have the pick up receipts with me.

Despite enormous chasing and emails, there is no response. They seem to be bug time frauds and theives. They should be immediately shutdown.

I need my money refunded....

The product has been picked up. But till now they didn't refund the amount. Already 6 days gone. I have mailed them so many times but no reply from bewakoof side. I explained all these through bewakoof chat but still no result. There is no customer care number through which we can directly contact them. Kindly take immediate action so that they will refund the amount on an urgent basis......

I ordered a phone case with order id 29344704 on 20th august, and i paid online for it worth rs 276. Later i cancelled it, i received a mail that i will get the refund but i didn't receive it yet it has been 17 days and i email them and message them on facebook, they don't respond to it. They are not refunding my money back. Also they don't provide any contact no., just email id....

They stated that product has been delivered to me and provided one proof it says product delivered to me but i was not there to receive the product neither anyone of my colleagues. Moreover i informed them that delivery status is incorrect. Neither they responded nor their courier services. Atleast respond should be provided. And no number is also provided to call them and their courier service department. This is so much incorrect....

None of the executives have the audacity to revert or update or respond on this matter despite of me constantly writing to them in emails. This is totally ridiculous & pathetic behaviour and customer corporation by your side. I’d appreciate the refund as soon as possible....

As courier service of yours recieved my order picked up.. But refund not initiate yet.. It's looks in return status as in-transit.. Already 5 days passed.. Product deliver address was office they tried to deliver on weekends, later on after few days, i got an update the product is delivered successfully but i haven't received any product. I've dropped more than 10 emails and ticket is generated thrice. Still there is no response. I have returned a men joggers and it was recieved by the seller but i didn't get my refund of ₹654. I have complained many times but they are not responding. I tried to order a t shirt on 23rd july and paid through google pay. The amount got debited but the order was failed. The chat bot said the refund will be done within 7-9 days but not done yet. I contacted google pay also they said the transaction was successful. I wrote my query almost 4 times but there was no reply. I have no idea how to contact bewakoof customer support person.
