    Acc suspended without proper reason/intimation, Trouble activating back almost 10 days

    My account got suspended without any proper intimation, I have raised a complaint BM25032021 and its almost 10 days for each update/queries simple executive takes 4 days and dragging a lot to activate back .

    This is pure fraud kind of activity, Customer care executives are not responding properly and every time I am getting different responses and promises....

        Apart from looking for a match we do have other sort of works to attend these people harass so much in the name of offers and calls where I told them I am not intrested if I want I will call them, there is a timing for everything this not e way a company can harass its customer, if we create in Bharat matrimony profile gets created automatically in the affiliated sites but then when we do a payment why the hell doesn’t it get updated, they say they have the option in the app but whenever u choose the option doesn’t work even then, when there is no proper manager or someone to respond then why the hell is the service, I accept they are giving good app making public life easier but their harassment in terms of their sales it’s headache .

          I get atleast a lot calls from Bharat Matrimony I have repeatedly requested them to remove my number from their Database, but they ignore my requests and call me on my mobile everyday. I request the concerend authorities to take action and ask them to stop this nonsense at once.
          I just want the calls from Bharat Matrimony to stop.I can be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com to get my mobile number.

              I registered and created my basic matrimony profile on their new website for education professionals - IIMIITMatrimony. I wanted to try out their free/basic service first before considering any paid services. However, they are preventing me from updating my basic profile with my photos as way to push me to get paid subscription. Theses is fraudulent practice on their side. Even after requesting them through multiple channers like email, chatbot, whatsapp customer care number they are being irresponsive. Instead they have contacted me numerous times to get paid subscription.

              If this is how they want to operate, this should be clearly advertised on their website and marketing mails. Else, these clearly counts as misleading customers and deceitfully generating revenues.

                  I have alreay raised a fake profile complaint
                  CBS13651219 however there has been no response at all. There is falsification of information on website and I called customer care and raised this complaint and followed up 4 times..there has been no response at all or an update.

                  I need to take a legal action against the site now if they are responsible for this false information on thier website.

                    Initially, I have paid money for 3 months package. After these 3 months are completed, I started receiving calls from matrimony employees asking me to renew the account. He promised me that for Rs 5000 he would activate kapu matrimony account and give balija matrimony for free. He has called me several times until I paid money. As soon as I paid, he activated community matrimony and nothing else is provided. I have been calling him regarding this matter but he kept saying some nonsense and now he is not lifting our calls.
                    And there is nothing present in the account activated. Customer care is not showing any responsibility for this matter. They have not even provided any other account on behalf of this.
                    MATRIMONY IS A SCAM! THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE!

                      I have joined Gold pack in our concert on 18.5.2021, at the time of joining your staff miss.Lakshmi has given promise that 40 contact numbers, 30 SMS, 90 days validity and unlimited Messages, chats, hereafter i could not access my profile 2 days due to my password was locked she released and create new password after 2 days back on joining date,
                      In the meantime i was accessed ie some messages sent to other searching profile, messages not sent and instantly shows a message that you coulnot send message beyond the 150 weekly. Immediately i came to bring this grievance to Above staff Lakshmi but she has no response till now next today i called that staff and cutt my calls, subsequently i called customer care, where in staff Miss Sneha could not understand and didn't connect with your General manager or MD of TM.she also no proper Response, Tamilmatrimony has earned Good will in this society till now, i have more trust on your concern, now i had so regretted for your irresponsible by the above staffs, this is not beauty to the customer .
                      What ever you may impose your conditions before joining, but your staff should have informed, but shid didn't disclose your conditions,
                      Therefore this is purely violation of Conditions and Deficiency of Service to the myself,
                      I request you please be activated my profile for sending messages to other profiles within 7 days, Otherwise will face appropriate Legal proceeding through your concern.

                        I am complaining about my money deduction without my knowledge. I chose the 90 days gold plan with the help of your customer service and my plan ended on 19th may 2021.but unfortunately my money was deducted without any intimation on 21st may with auto upgrade plan and please help me to return my money from bharat matrimony

                          We had created a profile for my daughter. The contact details mentioned in the profile were hidden and were of by husband's. But one person who is an unpaid member accessed the personal information and contacted my daughter on her official email ID without our consent. When we contacted that person asking where he got the contact details, he mentioned that he has received these details from the Bharat Matrimony site
                          Whenn we brought this to the notice of our relationship manager - Moushomi Ghosh, she said that they are also a part of the profile and they are unable to do anything about this. Post this, she stopped taking our calls. We tried contacting the customer care number that they have displayed on their website. When contacted, the executive was not able to help us too.

                          In addition to this, we were promised a minimum number of 150 profiles for the locations selected by us. We had asked Moushomi a minimum of 20 times that they should consider the locations and only then say yes to us. However, we have not received a single profile as per our preference mentioned and are getting profiles from some other locations, when we raised this, they said they would get back and they have not and they are not picking up the phone as well.When asked for a refund, they refused to give that as well.

                          This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable!! Our private details are being displayed to members who don't have our consent. This hampers safety. Plus, they keep making fake promises and are unable to deliver on that.

                            Very much disappointed with the service of Bharat Matrimony.
                            We were not getting profiles according to our preferences hence when spoken to one of your customer care person yesterday, he denied to reveal his name. But spoke in a bad manner and assaulted me.He spoke vulger to me, thinking I am the profile person and asked for personal number, and he will share his.He threatened me saying the profile photo will be morphed. This type of service was never expected from Bharat Matrimony. I no more feel secured to keep my daughters profile in your portal.

                            On similar lines, the person who coordinated with me to book the profile and upgrade to Gold, her name is Meenakshi from Bangalore. When I called her to assist me for some help, she said she cannot help and started to become rude and started to use vulgar language against me( She used the F word). She directly said she cannot assist me as she has better works to do than helping us. We have recorded the conversation and we are ready to post it on any social media. And definitely this is not the kind of treatment we expected.

                            Who so ever is reading this, you know that this is a very sensitive matter for anyone searching for a bride or a groom. Highly disappointed with the worst service provided by Meenakshi.

                            Hence I have requested for a refund.

                            The person who spoke to me, whose name was not mentioned- his phone number is mentioned. Please check.

                            I have been using bharat matrimony since few years. Also had renewed premium services. I wanted to give one try and got my new account and 3 months gold pack. When I try to view matches contact app asks to pay another 2472rs and upgrade to gold membership. Now a days bharat matrimony confuses customer with different pack names and loots our money.
                            For my preference I get 60 profiles.but can view only 5 user contacts, when we call customer care will tell to send sms, for which no one will respond.

                              Successfully cheated one more customer by their autorenewal process and when i raised the concern for a long time fooled me that they have initiated the refund and then finally say that the refund initiation has failed and they have never even received a payment .
                              i have all the proof to support that they had received the payment and now clearly lying .

                              HOW can you people lie so terribly .

                              Please take proper action against these fraudsters .

                              I had been contacting the customer care ever since My amount was debited
                              They assured me that they have initiated a refund and that will reflect in a weeks time
                              Now they say that the transaction failed and there is no further mail communications inspite of me following up a 100 times
                              They do not share any proof to the failed transaction so I can check with my bank
                              Why is it a big deal to share the transaction Id so I can take it up with my bank

                                  As per the mail from their sales team person Mr. Rohan Dalvi paid Rs.3304/- on 17.04.2021 to activate both BRH1971569 + IYN180717 for 3 months. BRH1971569 was activated immediately. They said IYN180717 will be activated within 48 hours. Till now, even after 15 days IYN180717 has not been activated. The relevant portion of the mail is reproduced below:

                                    Today I got a call from matrimony.One excicutive called me and suddenly forced me to close profile when I tell her I did not find my sister's proper match. She suddenly cut the call middle of conversation.
                                    She told me if I'm a free member thn I have to select the perfect one with in 3 people.
                                    Then she told me I'll get so many calls in future from matrimony. If I have not any problem with that, then why she ask me to close the profile?

                                      My ID is M6785113, I signed up for the basic membership on 24/01/2021 and I didn't turn on the option for the auto renewal of the membership. Now, they have auto renewed the membership and the money has been taken out of the account without authoriastion. I kindly request them to refund the money.
