I registered in Bharat Matrimony ( M465221) and availed the paid service( 3 months plan) which ended on 8-11-20. I was not interested to revive the plan as the alliance is fixed. But, without my request or concern, the plan was revived on 8-11-20 and the amount of Rs.5349 was deducted from my credit card. Kindly assist in the refund of the deducted amount to my credit card.

    Hi my name is Prasad .I have taken 3 months platinum membership package on 2nd Nov 2020 for my ID K2631367 as guided by your agent named Ashwini.
    After the activation I tried to send the message but it is not sending when I reported the same thing to agent Ashwini she is telling it's technical issue so she can't help with that and told to raise the complaint .after raising the complaints for so many times still they not resolved the issue .they have already wasted 5 days .
    Even I asked for refund since the issue is not resolved they are disconnecting the call.
    You people are not providing the correct service and how can you claim as trusted matrimony.
    I need a refund.

        This is regarding the Bharatmatrimony autorenewal fraud. We have been a sincere customer of Bharatmatrimony(T5255853) and I am totally dissappointed about their attitude towards us. We had been looking for a bride for my sister and we paid for 3 months service. once it got finished this site didn't informed about renewal of that service and it auto debited 5400 from our accout without our permission.There has been absolutely no indication on the Bharatmatrimony website about the renewal. They have adopted such a shady business practice that they just allow you to access the website as though it never expired and then backstab saying they can refund the renewal cost since you have utilised the services.

        They did not request any kind of acceptance for auto renewal at the time of registering nor in any other form. All they have is a tactical fineprint saying autorenewal is on when you register with currency other than indian rupee and they slide in a Autorenewal option in the account information. You would miss it by all means unless you are lucky. All they claim is they send an email to your gmail account which again is bogus since we get loads of emails from Bharatmatrimony every day. If you're checking the website regularly, your tendency will be to ignore the mails. Moreover anything could have happened to my email account and who are they to mandate me to check it every day!!!

        This is absolute breach of trust and misuse of the card information. I have used other matrimony services like shaadi and have never faced this problem. They are much more straightforward.

        It is the customer who has to decide whether they want to pay for their account or not. Atleast they should have that much integrity to ask us before taking money from our account or state that clearly in their website. Or bear minimum have the decency to refund when we call them the very next day and state very clearly that we dont need their services.

        - An extremely dissapointed and dissatisfied customer.

            Promised service: Relationship Manager carefully handpicks profiles that are most suitable for you and sends them for your review. contacts prospects on your behalf and ensures effective communication between you and your matches and facilitates a meeting based on mutual interest.
            She does not send profiles as per the preference and finishes the quota for the week. For the majority of the contacts the relationship manager says she is not able to contact them. . Has not facilitated even 3 meetings in the last 3 months.

              I subscribed to the assisted services of Bharat matrimony for Rs. 15000/-. Initially I was told that I would be send new profiles and they will do all the arrangements for meeting the match. They also promised that if they couldn't find the match, they would be refunding my money.
              I was assigned a manager called Ms Namitha. Her service was pathetic, she was neither answering my calls nor replying to my messages after a couple of weeks. And one day, she turned up and said that she could not find any profiles and she had initiated the refund(this happened 2 months ago). And she disappeared.
              After my making calls and registering complaints after complaints, someone called Krishnamurthy called me and said that he would be taking care of the issue and I would be refunded within september, then he further delayed to october 6th and again by obe week and now when I am trying to contact him, he is not responding. Please look into this matter and return my money as soon as possible . Or else I will be seeking the help of court.

                  My matrimony i'd - m6649066. Before 3 months i paid an amount for the 3 month subscription with the help of matrimony worker. They are guide us to pay the amount at that they didn't told about the auto renewal and also they didn't send any email regarding this. But after the third month they auto renewal my amount without my knowledge. This is not right away to do that.

There has been absolutely no indication on the bharatmatrimony website about the expiry or renewal. They have adopted such a shady business practice that they just allow you to access the website as though it never expired and then backstab saying they can refund the renewal cost since you have utilized the services.

                    They did not request any kind of acceptance for auto renewal at the time of registering nor in any other form.                       I am a registered member in tamil matrimony.I tried to view notifications as usual using the Tamil matriminy app and I am not able to view my profile yet.It's showing " your account has been suspended ".please give me a solution for the same and i don't think i have violated any code of conduct mentioned by the matrimonial site.

The services is not worth for even rs.1, 000. So, don't get cheated by this organization filled with cheating manager.

                              Hi, my name is sahil hashmi. I am making complaint against bharat matrimony. I made a payment on the date 22/08/2020 and my matrimoney id is h8863194. They were showing the special offer of rs.1999 on classic premium member just for for three months validity on their page i got interested and applied for that. On their final payment page amount is showing rs.1999 but they deducted from my account 6900. Then i called them and asked about this how you can do this your site is showing different amount and deduction got different which is totally misguiding and a fraud in a maner. Please refund my remaining amount 4900 rs. But they said it is impossible. So pls help me out on this issue do justice to me and also pls suggest what further action can i take against these branded fraud matrimony companies.

                                Unbelievable amount of follow up for taking payment of assisted services package

                                Relationship manager recording the calls without our consent and sharing with others in their team

                                Customer service team using those calls as leverage for not taking out feedback on relationship manager

                                No reply from customer support team when they were called out for recording calls without consent.

                                  I have been calling them from march for the mistake done from their end or company and no one is solving

                                  They only know to squeeze money from customers and take them for a ride

                                  No updates on customer quire every time we need to explain the complete story from start
                                  Then only one answer “sorry sir we will call back “ that doesn’t happen ever

                                  They just avoid customers after receiving payments

                                    I am unable to reset my password even after two attempts, after which my profile was found to be blocked. I am unable to get a response from customer care as well.
