I want to bring to your kind notice that for last three months our all 3 telephone no. S – 2644053/54/55 are dead.
Our customers have number of times complained to us that whenever they try to connect our phones, they are not working. We are facing number of problems resulting into major losses in business.
We have registered more than 5 times still problem not been rectified.

With present circumstance it has become very difficult to run the business. I request you to direct your staff to take a prompt action in this matter at urgent basis since we cannot wait for too long as our business are completely dependent on network through phones.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Malkajgiri BSNL always posing trouble in landline. Disruption in services prevails regularly and complaint in unheard almost for 10 days.
Please enhance the service in terms of quality and timely revoking the services.
Please remove Hungama from my Broad Band internet. I never wanted it. Some one has added Hungama pack on my internet, having BBG-CNT-COMBO-500 monthly plan.

        I have enough balance in my prepaid bsnl sim and i also have added a message booster plan to it. Yet i am unable to send any messages from my bsnl sim to any other sim. I have already checked the message centre number and it is correct. I am from tamil nadu. I have been trying to reach bsnl customer care for 2 days, ut there is no response from their side as well. The call is not being diverted to their customer care division at all

          There is a unwanted caller tune on my phone which I want to remove which I have not put it on my phone I have also write messaging to 56700 with a code but it is not happening I want to remove it as soon as possible to please remove the unwanted caller tune which I have not put on my phone please remove it.I did not put the caller tune on my phone I don't know how it is put on my phone I want to remove the caller tune as soon as possible so please remove the caller tune because it is not good and I have not put it on my phone.

Raised complaints at every level including cgm uk circle, gm td, dgm, area sdo, area je in dehradun but all the offices are deaf and dumb. Sometime they say, line kata ha, sometime they say technical reason. No one is paying heed to my complaints. Even i raised my complaint at cmd bsnl delhi.in return, they only provided me complaint regn number. But the broadband connection is still out of order. This is the position of bsnl. Poor show...

I lodged complaint with Consumer Complaint Forum on 28 Oct 19 and my broadband complaint was resolved on 01 Nov 19. Again our area lineman came to us and disconnected our phone onn 04 Nov 19 at 1330 Hr. I immediately reported this fact to our area JE Mr Sunil Bisht. He assured me to look into the matter but with no results. Phone is still out of order. No one is taking it seriously...

              Service suddenly stopped.

              Customer care failed to serve.
              No message service. Issue in calling, sms, otp, banking.
              All incoming and outgoing calls have been barred without any pre intimation that causes a lot of problems i. E. Otp for all transactions, important calls, feeling of being isolated

                This complaint is in reference to bsnl (Bharat sanchar nigam ltd).

                I am using jio as my service provider for telephone services where in i have activated a dnd service trought jio network and it has been successfully activated from past 1 year. Then too this bsnl is sending me 4-5 messages in a day intentionally knowing that a dnd service is activated on the no: [protected].

                Kindly take strict action against the same and let me know the results of the above complaint.

                I haven't heard a word from BSNL from last 9 days. This shows their interest on the customer service front.
                Hai..i am ibrahim From karnataka, i got one email about bsnl recruitment, but i have doubt about website, i think fake website and they asking payment option also, but bsnl site no job vacancy, i need information about fake job offer and about email

                  Bsnl is deducting money from my prepaid mobile balance by adding services without my request and permission.in 2 week time rs25 (15+10+10) is deducted by adding 3 services (Confession (11th oct), voice chat (17th oct), silverscreengupshup (25th oct), i don't even know for what these services for.

                  I got calls from bsnl, first 2 calls i attended but didn't confirm to subscribe the service and third i even not attended the call. First 2 services i send msg to stop the service (19th oct), even register for dnd (18th oct), but seems like bsnl is not concern about it and will make a call and activating the service (Even without attending the call).

                      My broadband is faulty since last one year and i am continuously complaining online and to the office. But from this month starting it is completely dead. I complaint through cpgrams and they replied they cannot repair our connection and the officer from mangalore called and said bsnl cannot provide service to us. We pay ₹800 every month and the connection is from many years and now they are saying they cannot provide service. Our connection was perfect still the previous sd of belthangady got transferred after he is gone the problem started

                        Dear sir,
                        I paid my landline and broadband bill annually. Now over a week my land line and broadband connection is dead after a thunderstorm. I registered my complaint in bsnl office thumpamon and they came and checked and told that the problem is from cable that to my house and it suppose to be change but even after 1 week it not done and they saying that due to salary crisis wiring employees may not come for work. So sir please do the needful otherwise my annual payment might be waisted.

                        Topup done thru online bsnl web site for three times. Amount deducted from bank account. But did not credited to respective mobile no. BSNL ref. txn id#IGAFRMNV9, #IGAHFRKFS2 and #IGAHFRJCG3 done on 15th October 2019. Please look into the matter.
                        Landline phone[protected] surrendered on 15-Jun-2019 vide service order no[protected]. but the deposit amount is not yet refunded

                          As we have already written written in shajapur office but no action has been taken so far. So you need help i want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our telephone no.[protected] & 233070). This letter is to draw your kind attention to the fact that this is my 2nd written complaint in a month regarding the malfunctioning of my bsnl landline connection. After repeated complaint, no action against the same had been taken so far but bsnl is still charging us landline broadband charges of per month even when the line is dead from 3 months. We are still facing extreme difficulties without the service of bsnl, with bsnl giving false hopes, we thought the connection would be restored soon, but it never happened. Bsnl never once bothered to inform us on their own about their fault. My complaint reference no. Is [protected] please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                            Hi team,

                            My bsnl no. [protected], last time when i spoke to the agent they told the current plan in my number was of 72 rupees & now after my validity end the 36 rupees deducted from my account automatically & validity extend only for one month. So i don't know which plan i was running with but i will do the validity extend from my end manually else if there end they are doing automatically then they should ask me which plan i want to take, else when they have already make this deduct i am asking for the adjustment. But they are denying.

                            When i asked customer care agent shahini praveen for raising the complain regarding this & make the adjustment here for 74 rupees for 6 month validity she denied to log the complained & deny to help me out is this the way you are providing support. The balance get deducted from my account automatically & they are not adjusting that as well.

                            Again i called to your customer care senior executive & he was trying to avoid the call & came to on call after 20min of call transfer to him. Also he ignore what i reported my concern & asked me to visit to the nearest bsnl service center. Is this the only work for me to change my plan i have to move here & there. Finally without listening anything he disconnected the call. Very bad service & support i received today from you people.

                            Please do the needful action within 24 hour else i will take the help of social media regarding this. This is completely a fraud activity they are running now a day & all of there customer should know about this.

                              Sir. My bsnl connection is from year 1993.. And after 26 year of service, from year 2018 my land line bsnl not working properly mostly lines breaks and bsnl services not working. Bsnl giving worst services. After long period of non working i decided to disconnection of land line. But now bsnl send legal notice for non payment of bill 902/-. Where as i already paid all pending bills of land line no[protected]. Bsnl also not refund any sequrity deposit money. Please return my sequrity deposit with interest and drop the legal notice.

                                My broadband [protected] is not working since one month september'19 despite several complaints. The bill for sep 19 month came immediately on 1st october. This is wrong billing. If consumer could not use broadband due to isp fault then how could they charge for the month. It is the responsibility for the billing agency that they should not bill for the period in which the services are not available.

                                  Gave shifitng application for my two landlines on[protected] on selfcare portal of bsnl. After that, till now, i have visited exchange, wrote to nodal officers, appellate, twitter handles, grievance redressal. Everything seems to be waste of time. Not even a single reply from any of the authority. Such pathetic service?? And this company wants revival on taxpayers money. All the staff must be kicked out if they cant even provide some basic service.

                                    Applied for a land line connection to bsnl thrikkakara, kochi office by end of july 2019, after a week while checking customer service said, phone number allotted, but unable to provide phone due due to no cable available in that area.

                                    Many times approached bsnl authorities, no response at all, contacted sub divisional engineer, divisional engineer, no resposnse at all.
                                    Always one reply, wait, no cable available, works goes on

                                      Without my consent or application bsnl cut my landline connection, i enjoying with annual bsnl plan in june 2019, suddenly my landline connection cut in august 2019, i was not informed prior to cut connection without any reason than i requested to bsnl again my connection jointed but all new connection charges applied in next bill with plan changed to general again i requested than plan changed to annual, why my billing rs approx 1400 when i deposited advance money with security deposit rs 2000,, please ammend bill as before connection cut, thanks naresh kumar mehta mobile [protected] landline connection number[protected]

                                      I am paid bill Rs. 347/- on 30/09/2019 . My A/C No [protected] about bill paid SMS was received me dated 30/09/2019. Your another SMS was received on 04/10/2019 is that Your Ph.No.[protected] A/C No.[protected] has been billed with Rs 424 on 01/10/2019. Please note my complaint and solved it.

                                        [protected], bsnl also my plan changed again i requested than plan changed why all charges applied, please amnend as per bill before my connection disconnected
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        First I got an OTP I send stop . They told me no services subscribed. As I recharge they started deducted the ₹5 per day.
                                        57171 continued deducting balance.
                                        Again I complained but they said no services actually been subscribed. I have no idea how to report and where to report about this situation.

                                        The Sim was working fine ...but suddenly from last week there is no network shown in my area ...I live in ALIGARH (U.P.)...

                                        networks are fine at other areas but specially in my colony (SURAKSHA VIHAR COLONY) the network is very slow ...

                                        Please help ..and install a tower as soon as possible
