excess billing bsnl

Bsnl changed my plan without any information and i have not received hardcopy of my bill when the plan changed.
After few months when i reached at bsnl exchange the concern person told me that my bill was so much high which i am unable to pay..
I want to disconnect the connection but i cant pay that much amount..
No one is helping me for this......

auto balance deduction from my bsnl sim card balance

Dear sir,

I have a prepaid mobile connection of bsnl, mobile no.[protected]. We are getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last 6 months. I have lodged complain in bsnl local office but no response from them to stop all the deductions from my mobile account. But after one one i am in the same condition and deduction is continue from my account.

They are saying that it's our side problem of 4g...

removal of pole not in use

This is in reference for removal of bsnl landline pole which is not in use. So i request to register my complain to remove the pole immediately as it is creating problem for general people in parking. Moreover is in front of my shop in the middle. The pole doesn’t have any connection on it and people are using it as electricity pole and its not safe. I hope this will be resolved soon....

failure to repair dead landline

Bsnl allotted one mr. R. Ch. Das for repairing my landline. His phone number is [protected]. His phone is switched off. This is unacceptable. I always make my payments on time and yet the company does not have a complaint redressal mechanism.
I am a lawyer and my landline is very important. Please fix my landline.
Or i shall be forced to surrender my landline....

Sir, i recharge my mob no. [protected] on 30 aug 2019 of rs 20 in
Which i have to get rs 14.95 talk time, but instead of that i get 265 free sms for 15 days. Sir i call customer care 3 to 4 times but i do not get satisfactory answer from them.
They are asking that this is 3rd party problem from which you make request of recharge or make payment....

lost my handset along with my bsnl sim card

I have lost my bsnl sim card and customer care is not helping at all to deactivate the number.
I want to block my number [protected].
Bsnl customer care is redirecting from one to another from past 2 hours and no help. It is really irresponsible. No way to file a complain.. No way to block the sim, which cause a security issue.
It is customer cares duty to help the people in this case, but either numbers are not working...

Bsnl had offered to my broadband phone free amazon prime videos in september 2018. From october 2018. They started adding rs.489/- in the bill stating as one time charges for hungama movies, songs, games, and it continued till august 2019 bill as one time charges, thereby collecting around rs.5, 000/- excess amount so far. I had not subscribed/registered for hungama services from my phone or from my e-mail but somebody played some mischief...
