Order No. 20690249801 - Opened and torn package containing confidential documents delivered

I had delivered highly confidential documents through Blue Dart on 9th September 2024 through super fast (priority) delivery to Amritsar. The package was supposed to reach in 1 day, however it was delivered after a delay of 2 days i.e 11th September 2024 despite me paying Rs 900 (extra money) for super fast delivery.

I ordered from Elinor Jewels and did a UPI payment on 4th september 2024. their delivery service was Shiprocket and Blue dart was supposed to deliver the parcel to my address. on 10th i received a sms from blue dart saying your parcel is delivered and received by 'RAHUL' i do not know any rahul, it is not delivered to me. i was sent a code as well but without that code i dont know who received it.

failed delivery - premises closed

My blue dart package not yet received, getting the status Out for Delivery in the morning and in the evening even without attempting the delivery they change the status to Delivery Failed-Premises closed. They don't even call. And I also don't have the courier guy number so I can ask them to come over. Can you please help Blue Dart team.

This is brought to your notice that, I haven’t received my courier which was supposed to delivered yesterday,
I received the message yesterday morning from your end that the courier is on the way,
When I was tracking down my order its shows that Address is Incomplete, how come?? Lots of courier and parcel I have been receiving from so many years on same address, and also why the Executive haven’t called me up when he reached...

Lazy staff, no customer care

I have given to them landmark also.

is also not working.
local office phone numbers available online are out of order.

Order delayed with false reason.

My order - way bill no. [protected] is still not delivered and showing "Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery" and "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb". Even though I have entered correct pincode and address and have ordered many things on the same address. Their office is just 20 min away from my address....

Consignee's address incomplete/incorrect delivery issue

I sent a parcel from Bangalore to Raipur on Saturday 13th July by Blue Dart express. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th July i. e. today.
But instead of delivering, I am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. But no delivery person reached out or called me to check.
This is an issue that has happened before also with Blue Dart. The address is a valid address that always works well....

About delivery at NOHAR HQ

As per the sub i had made a order through vedix and shipment with the waybill no [protected] is still in transit but acc to the tracking id i had checked it was reached to the office 28/06/24 still cant delivered to me.
i called him through phone also but their ans is unsatisfactory.
They used to delay intentionaly as this is not the first time.
Kindly look into the issue asap.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Blue Dart Express Services regarding the non-delivery and false delivery status of my parcel (Waybill No. [protected]). The parcel was picked up from Bhubaneswar Axis Bank on 24th May 2024, destined for Axis Bank Jeypore at NH 43, near Inspection Bungalow, Jeypore 764001, Dist. Koraput, Odisha.

false update - prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

The parcel was supposed to delivered on 25th June, 2024. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible....

Hi, my credit card from axis bank was supposed to get delivered on 31st may 2024, shipment was out for delivery i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And Axis bank support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.
I called bluedart customer service multiple times infact i called bluedart kota somehow and after listening to my concern they hung up the call i sent multiple email to bluedart and still no response i need my card to be delivered ASAP please help.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered from Fastrack. My shipment was sent to coimbatore through blue dart courier. But I haven't received any update from them but they changed the status to office closed, unable to deliver...I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. They didn't even contacted me but changed the status like this and customer service is also not properly responded.. I'm really disappointed with your service.     I haven't received any calls or updates from Blue dart courier service in coimbatore, but the waybill number shows as office closed unable to deliver... I have already paid for the product.. this is really disappointing from Blue dart courier services.. they are updating the tracking status themselves without contacting the receiver.. how many days do I have to wait for the product without any updates. It's really frustrating and disappointed. So deliver the item as soon as possible.

      Passport booked the through Blue dart in Gurugram... It is over 24 hours, it is not been picked up for shipment... While tracking it shows parcel not registered.
      Secondly the courier consisting of passport was booked through Blue dart in Mumbai on 21st, it has reached the designated hub i. e Kgp but the delivery is still not done.
      Such a casual handling of Important document like passport is not expected.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        not contacted for delivery of shipment and marked as consignee's address incomplete/incorrect

        My shipment with Waybill No [protected] was out for delivery on[protected] but not delivered.

        No one called regarding delivery and the shipment was marked "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect", which is absurd as I have had shipments delivered from Blue Dart to this very same location multiple times in the past - and I dispute this claim.
