Please look after the matter as tomorrow and day after tomorrow I will be out of station...

I've been waiting for my product since it's arrival. I got a message two times saying it's out for delivery but I did not receive the parcel both times. I understand the first situation was due to unforeseen circumstances but I don't see why the product has failed to reach me the second time. Please look into this issue and reach back as soon as possible....

I have sent a laptop trough Bluedart from Machilipatnam(521001) to klllapur(509102) on 23rd Jan. My laptop got delivered to kavya on 25th Jan with major damage in the transit. I have immediately called the bluedart office. They are not responding properly.So I can't claim the product money . The package got crumbled in one corner.
