I have taken byzu's subcription for my child. They gave me some study material with one tab. After some day o[censored]se tab got unserviceable. I complained in byzu's customer care. They told me that they have despatched a new one a month ago.. Still I didn't get that tab.. Firstly they are giving me refurbished one..
