I have been using since more than 2 years ... My account has been blocked due to simultaneous access but i didn't share my details with anyone . I had borrowed a device and used my account in the new device . I have submitted all my details and sent a written letter that i shall not share my account with anyone. Kindly unblock my account ... My marrow account has been blocked suddenly. I was using the account in my mobile phone only for the last days. I didn't login from any other device during the last days. I have purchased my marrow plan c of 24 months on 12 july and now the account got blocked saying that I have shared my account with some one else which I have not. I have not violated any rule of marrow even after this they are suspending the account which obviously not fair.
Already it is very expensive. And they have suspended the account.
This is not fair because everyone can not afford marrow....

I realised it when a message popped on my phone that videos were playing on two devices and the moment I rushed to find the cause, they had suspended it. My marrow account got suspended today. I'm a qbank+test series user. Never violated any terms. Only times i took screenshot of some questions from qbank. I purchased marrow on 15th July Plan C.
A payment of 31, 500 was made by my colleague since I did not had sufficient money and my previous plan was expiring on 16th July. So my colleague made the payment. But he uploaded his documents for verification and the account has my name and contact number. I've emailed to legal marrowmed but they have not responded. Not even a single response. I have paid Rs. 35, 000/- for subscription in marrow and used the aaccount for 3days after that my account was blocked with unfare reason.
when i contacted them though mail there send me link to re-activate my account that link is not working, i gave complaint on mail there send other link. to conform there is any mistake from my end i have used different mobile to try. In every mobile same issue accure.
