    I am a Marrow pro user since october 2021. Today my Marrow account got suspended . It says that I have been sharing my Marrow account. I used to login in my own different device but I have never shared with anyone . I have one and a half years more for the subscription to end . The Marrow legal team is not replying for this issue . I have messaged them regarding this multiple times but I have not received any valid replies . Kindly do the required at the earliest because I have no other options to prepare for the exam and there is one and a half year of subscription pending.

      I took a study loan to pursue my graduation, somehow I convinced my parents to pay a hefty amount 45000 for marrow subscription to prepare for neet-pg, but my marrow account is blocked, and they r asking to buy marrow plan c again, it is presenting a very grim scenario in front of me. My account was logged in my second device, they suspended my account, and not getting any help from support as well as legal team, please look into the matter and try to resolve as soon as possible, I will be Very thankful to you for this act of kindness

        Account blocked suddenly

        I have been using since more than 2 years ... My account has been blocked due to simultaneous access but i didn't share my details with anyone . I had borrowed a device and used my account in the new device . I have submitted all my details and sent a written letter that i shall not share my account with anyone. Kindly unblock my account ... I m feeling very helpless. I have already invested all my savings in marrow, i can not buy a new subscription....

            Have been using this app continuosly since December 2019. Recently renewed it a month back for another 6 months. Got a message today saying my account is permanently suspended.

            My marrow account has been blocked suddenly. I was using the account in my mobile phone only for the last days. I didn't login from any other device during the last days. Suddenly tge blocked my account permanently. I didn't violate any rules, didn't try to take screenshot or shared my login credentials. marrow app was solely used by me only.

              I had recently subscribed to the marrow plan C for 1 year, a few days back on 21st June 2022. I log in marrow in my new phone and it shows a notification of suspension. Even I didn't do any violent activity. I have been using marrow since 2 years and I had great experience with it. I have full faith in this and I have never faced this kind of problem before. I applied for appeal on [protected]@marrowmed.com but i didn't get any reply or any action from marrow as i can't wait that long so please help me and unblock my account. For we students who are preparing for competitive exams, this is a very important time, so I hope you understand my problem and don't let me waste my precious time in waiting for the marrow because this is the only source where I completely dependent.                       I have purchased my marrow plan c of 24 months on 12 july and now the account got blocked saying that I have shared my account with some one else which I have not. I have not violated any rule of marrow even after this they are suspending the account which obviously not fair.
                      Already it is very expensive. And they have suspended the account.
                      This is not fair because everyone can not afford marrow.

                      I have sent them many emails but they are not responding saying i have uploaded mismatch adhar card.. But it was not done intentionally, it was by mistake.

                        While browsing and getting to understand marrow i was attempting to see if i had to purchase what all formus would be available. This caused call from marrow representative who informed me buy quickly else 10k would increase in 30min. From there on i could not understand things in hurry. In that hurry i could not understand which plan to take and took the plan c in hurry. I think for the time hurry, i stopped thinking properly and took the decision in haste.
                        The prices never hiked in it was all ways of getting me to act quickly and irrationally.

                        Now i regert taking the app with such a bad temperament. I am devasted and very much in agony in my clear my i would have taken plan b.
                        This is adding lot of mental burden and despir.

                        I request marrow to give me a chance to buy what i want at my pace.
                        I wish marrow could give me one chance so that I don't have to end up with something i took in hurry.

                            I have been a user of marrow since the last 3 years. On 20/07/2022 my phone with which I usually access marrow hanged and I tried opening through my laptop but my account got suspended. I have never breached any privacy policy of marrow. The account is used only by me, I have never even attempted to take a screenshot or did any screen recording. I have to give my AIIMS entrance in a very short span therefore I need to access my account. I have tried contacting their customer care but in vain.

                              I am a marrow plan c user. I got a laptop today with the Android software installed in it. I tried to open the marrow account but before even getting logged in it showed that my account has been suspended. I raised a complaint and requested them to unblock it. They mailed asking for the details of my mobile and laptop brand and also if I am the only user of my account. I clarified that I have not shared my account details with anyone and have been repeatedly mailing them requesting to unblock my account as I have only few months to prepare for the exams. They have not responded after that. Their forum will be open only till 7pm so they won't be responding today anymore but I am afraid if they will delay it a lot. Kindly help me get my account unblocked at the earliest.

                              The marrow legal forum asked for my id proof pictures and details about the device I would be using to use the app. The also asked for a written assurance that similar incidents wouldn't occur again from my account. Finally they unblocked my account. Now I am relieved. Thank you so much.

                                  I am a Marrow plan C user. I have marrow open in two phones of mine because one of them was in repair previously. Today while I was studying from it, unknown to me my younger brother who was using my phone, opened a video on it. I realised it when a message popped on my phone that videos were playing on two devices and the moment I rushed to find the cause, they had suspended it. I have never shared my account with anyone and never will....

I have requested many times about this... And they said that they would unblock if I do as they say... They are changing negotiation terms for each and every time they send an email...                                     My marrow account got suspended today. I'm a qbank+test series user. Never violated any terms. Only times i took screenshot of some questions from qbank. I've bought the subscription last month for a year and still 11months are remaining. Idk what to do i already spent my savings on it.. I already emailed them and hoping they reinstate the account.                                       I purchased marrow on 15th July Plan C.
                                      A payment of 31, 500 was made by my colleague since I did not had sufficient money and my previous plan was expiring on 16th July. So my colleague made the payment. But he uploaded his documents for verification and the account has my name and contact number. I've emailed to legal marrowmed but they have not responded. Not even a single response. I'm the only user and my time is running out. Please help.
