I paid my electricity bill of rs 1050 through niki app, it showed transaction is successful, amount got deducted, but on mseb site it is showing unpaid, i tried to raise a ticket to service centre section of app, but they didnt responded me, i also sent them message on their facebook page but nothing happened, its already 6 days over

Paid 170rs for idea postpaid payment on 24th nov. Still not updated by operator as i confirmed 4 days ago over telephonic conversation with idea customer care.

Also niki told me to share screenshot of conversation with idea customer care.

How can i send screenshot of telephonic conversation?

They are not helping me either.
